江西省南城县畜牧业发展存在问题及对策研究

【摘要】：本文采用实地调研与统计分析的方法,走访从事畜牧行业多年有养殖经验的养殖户,通过到养殖场搜集、记录与畜牧发展有关资料的方式,对南城县2014-2016年间猪、牛、羊、禽的存栏量、出栏量;蛋禽、猪不同规模养殖场的分布数量;肉奶蛋等畜禽产品年产量进行了调查研究。结果表明:2016年与2014年相比,猪、牛的出栏率呈上升趋势,而羊、禽的出栏率呈下降趋势;规模1万羽以上蛋鸡养殖户170户,占全县蛋鸡养殖场个数的45.9%,与2014年相比,户数增加了77.08%。500头以上的养猪专业户22户,占全县猪场总个数的0.2%,与2014年相比,户数增加了29.52%;肉奶蛋年产量呈上升趋势,到2016年底南城县肉类食品、禽蛋类食品、牛奶食品人年均占有量分别为73.9 kg、52.8 kg、0.5 kg,国内肉类食品、禽蛋类食品、牛奶食品人年均占有量分别为61.5 kg、21 kg、26 kg,全县提供肉类食品供应不足,牛奶产品严重欠缺。由调查结果可以得出南城畜牧业存在问题:一是全县生猪规模养殖场比重很少;二是全县奶年产量远远低于国内其他地区;三是科学养殖意识不够强,饲养管理制度不完善,良种繁殖体系相对滞后,技术人员缺乏动物疫病防控意识;四是畜禽养殖污染与环境保护之间存在较大压力等问题。针对该县畜牧生产存在的这些问题,提出了南城县畜牧业发展的对策分别是,一是鼓励做强生猪产业;二是发展地方品种繁育体系,推进草地改良,填补畜产品缺口;三是加大科技培训力度,提高农民的综合素质;四是科学划分养殖三区,兴建有机肥厂、污水处理厂整治畜禽污染。期望能够为南城县畜牧业的可持续健康发展提供理论与实际借鉴。
[Abstract]:Using the method of field investigation and statistical analysis, this article visits the farmers who have been engaged in breeding experience for many years in the animal husbandry industry. Through collecting the farms and recording the data related to the development of animal husbandry, the number of pig, cattle, sheep and poultry in Nancheng County for 2014-2016 years, the quantity of columns, the distribution of poultry and pig farms, the meat and milk eggs, and so on. The annual output of livestock and poultry products was investigated and studied. The results showed that compared with 2014, the column rate of pigs and cattle showed an upward trend compared with 2014, while the fowling rate of sheep and fowl showed a downward trend, and the number of poultry farmers above 10 thousand feathers above 10 thousand feathers accounted for 45.9% of the number of layers in the whole county. Compared with 2014, the number of households increased more than 77.08%.500. 22 households accounted for 0.2% of the total number of pig farms in the whole county. Compared with 2014, the number of households increased by 29.52%, and the annual output of meat and milk eggs showed an upward trend. From the results of the survey, there was a problem in the animal husbandry in southern city: first, the proportion of pig farms in the county was small; two was the annual output of milk in the county far below the other areas in China; three, the scientific cultivation consciousness was not strong enough, and the feeding management system was not finished. The breeding system of good breed is relatively lagging behind, the technical personnel lack the awareness of animal disease prevention and control; four is the problem of large pressure between livestock and poultry pollution and environmental protection. In view of the problems existing in livestock production in this county, the countermeasures are put forward, one is to encourage the Johnson pig industry and the two is to develop the place. Variety breeding system, promote grassland improvement, fill the gap of livestock products, three is to strengthen the training of science and technology to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers; four is the scientific division of three areas of culture, the construction of organic fertilizer plants, sewage treatment plant to control livestock and poultry pollution.
