贵州山区发展草食动物养殖业的优势与对策

【摘要】：草食动物养殖业在贵州山区畜牧业中占据重要地位,发展草食动物养殖业不仅能将山区资源优势转变为经济优势,而且还可以减少粮食消耗,拓宽食品渠道来源,增加农(民)收入。从贵州山区自然条件优越,粮食供应不足,饲草料资源丰富的实情出发,分析了贵州山区发展草食动物养殖业的优势,阐述了产业发展现状与制约因素,建议加速贵州山区草食动物养殖业发展应以草定畜,合理配置畜群;建立和完善饲草料安全保障体系;完善草食动物良种繁育体系建设;多措并举,推进草食动物养殖业转型升级;不断完善产业链与质量安全监管等。
[Abstract]:Herbivore breeding plays an important role in animal husbandry in Guizhou mountainous area. Developing herbivorous animal breeding industry can not only transform resources advantage into economic advantage, but also reduce food consumption and broaden food sources. Increase the income of farmers. Based on the facts of superior natural conditions, insufficient grain supply and abundant forage resources in Guizhou mountainous areas, the advantages of developing herbivorous animal breeding in Guizhou mountainous areas are analyzed, and the present situation and restrictive factors of industrial development are expounded. It is suggested that to accelerate the development of herbivore breeding in mountainous areas of Guizhou, we should allocate livestock with grass and distribute livestock reasonably; establish and perfect the forage safety guarantee system; perfect the construction of breeding system of improved herbivorous animal; carry out many measures at the same time. To promote the transformation and upgrading of herbivore breeding; to constantly improve the industrial chain and quality and safety supervision.
