奶牛皱胃变位诊疗的几点体会

【摘要】：正皱胃变位是指皱胃的正常解剖学位置改变。临床上皱胃变位分三种类型:左方变位:皱胃通过瘤胃下方移到左侧腹腔,置于瘤胃与左侧腹壁之间;前方变位:皱胃向前方扭转(逆时针),置于网胃与膈肌之间;后方变位或右方变位:皱胃向后方扭转(顺时针),置于肝脏与右侧腹壁之间。临床上习惯把左方变位称之为皱胃变位,把右方变位称之为皱胃扭转。本病主要发生于成年奶牛,特别是高产奶牛,尤其多发于初产奶牛和精料过多的舍饲期间。犊牛也可发生。约80%
