云南省2013—2015年间部分猪场猪瘟感染情况调查

【摘要】：了解云南省部分猪场猪瘟发病情况,为猪场制订合理的防控规程提供依据,采用RT-PCR方法对2013—2015年间云南省部分猪场1 055份样品进行了猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的病原检测。结果表明:2013—2015年猪瘟病毒阳性率分别为7.20%、17.65%、12.26%,三年间猪瘟参与混合感染占总混合感染的比例分别为37.5%、46.4%、67.4%。说明在云南省境内部分猪场猪瘟的发病率仍然很高,有的猪场甚至在使用疫苗后仍然发病。
[Abstract]:To understand the incidence of CSFV in some pig farms in Yunnan Province, and to provide the basis for the establishment of reasonable prevention and control procedures in pig farms, 1 055 samples of CSFV in some farms of Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2015 were detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that the positive rate of CSFV in 2013-2015 was 7.20% 17.650.The proportion of CSFV mixed infection in total mixed infection in three years was 37.5% and 46.4%, respectively. The results showed that the incidence of swine fever was still very high in some pig farms in Yunnan Province, and some pig farms still had the disease even after the use of vaccine.
