分娩过程中缺氧造成华南虎死产的初步证据

【摘要】:华南虎(Panthera tigris amoyensis)是中国的特有虎种,并于1996年被世界自然保护联盟列为极度濒危物种,因华南虎野生种群几近消失存在野外灭绝的可能,使其成为目前世界上最受威胁的老虎亚种。而华南虎人工种群存在严重的近交衰退,主要表现为高死产率。研究发现,死产胎儿发育正常,妊娠和分娩过程也正常,死亡主要发生在临产或产中。我们推测死产的原因可能是分娩过程中胎盘早剥,导致胎儿供氧受阻而发生乏氧窘迫或死亡。为了证明上述推断,我们以华南虎死胎为研究对象,产后5h死亡的华南虎幼虎及东北虎死胎作为对照组,利用HE染色定量分析死胎肺结构,比较各组间肺泡线性截距Lm值并进行虎死胎肺部病理分析。以通过定量分析华南虎死胎肺结构确认胎儿在临产或产中由于供氧受阻而发生乏氧窘迫或死亡,并分析华南虎死胎窒息的病因和机制进而推测死胎死亡的原因。其中华南虎雄幼虎Lm值最大,华南虎雌虎死胎Lm值次之,东北虎死胎Lm值最小,且各组间差异显著具有统计学意义(P0.05)。HE染色组织学观察华南虎雌虎死胎肺泡腔内检出羊水成分。确定了华南虎死胎在临产或产中供氧受阻而发生乏氧窘迫、遭受乏氧打击。初步推测华南虎死胎可能是由于在分娩期间,胎盘发生类似胎盘早剥等功能障碍,从而使胎儿受到严重的乏氧打击,发生乏氧窘迫至其在娩出前死亡。
[Abstract]:The South China tiger Panthera tigris amoyensis is a endemic tiger species in China and was listed as an extremely endangered species by the World Conservation Union in 1996. Make it the most threatened tiger subspecies in the world. However, the artificial population of South China tiger has a serious inbreeding decline, which is mainly characterized by high stillbirth rate. It was found that stillborn fetus developed normally, pregnancy and delivery were normal, and death occurred mainly in labor. We speculate that the cause of stillbirth may be placental abruption during delivery, resulting in fetal hypoxia distress or death. In order to prove the above inference, we took the dead fetus of South China tiger as the research object, and the dead infant of the cub and the Siberian tiger died at 5 hours postpartum as the control group. The lung structure of the dead fetus was quantitatively analyzed by HE staining. The alveolar linear intercept (LM) was compared among the groups and the lung pathology of the dead fetus was analyzed. In order to confirm the fetal hypoxia distress or death in labor or labor by quantitative analysis of lung structure of dead fetus of South China tiger, and analyze the cause and mechanism of stillbirth asphyxia in South China tiger, and then speculate the cause of death of stillbirth. Among them, the Lm value of male cub of South China tiger was the largest, that of female tiger of South China tiger was the second, that of dead fetus of Amur tiger was the least, and the difference among the groups was statistically significant (P 0.05) .HE staining was used to observe the amniotic fluid in the alveolar cavity of dead female tiger of South China tiger. It was determined that the dead fetus of South China tiger suffered from hypoxia and was hit by hypoxia due to the obstruction of oxygen supply in labor or labor. It is preliminarily speculated that the dead fetus of South China tiger may be due to the placental dysfunction such as placental abruption during delivery, which makes the fetus suffer from severe hypoxia and die before delivery.
