草原牧区绿色发展现状及对策研究——以典型牧区内蒙古正蓝旗为例

【摘要】：为应对全球前所未有的资源环境约束和现实发展困境,实施绿色发展战略已成为世界各国的共识,也是中国经济社会可持续发展的内在要求和必然选择,草原牧区也不例外。笔者通过对内蒙古自治区典型牧区正蓝旗的实地调研和相关资料分析,认为草原牧区在绿色发展过程中存在草原畜牧业组织化程度低、农畜产品龙头企业产业化程度低、旅游资源开发力度不足等问题,从而提出草原牧区应在遵循无污染、低消耗、节约资源、自我循环等原则的基础上,大力发展绿色畜牧业,实施"生态旅游+文化"战略,积极开发利用太阳能、风能等清洁能源等对策与建议。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the unprecedented global resource and environment constraints and realistic development dilemma, the implementation of green development strategy has become the consensus of all countries in the world, and is also the inherent requirement and inevitable choice of China's economic and social sustainable development, and the grassland pastoral area is no exception. Based on the field investigation and data analysis of Zhenglan Banner in typical pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the author thinks that grassland animal husbandry has a low degree of organization and industrialization of leading enterprises of agricultural and livestock products in the process of green development. On the basis of following the principles of no pollution, low consumption, saving resources and self circulation, the grassland pastoral areas should vigorously develop green animal husbandry and implement the strategy of "ecotourism culture". Actively develop and utilize clean energy such as solar energy, wind energy and other countermeasures and suggestions.
