“刺黄增蛋液”对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

【摘要】:为研制能够改善蛋鸡生产性能的复方中药,试验观察了以刺五加、黄芪等组成的"刺黄增蛋液"对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取1200只68周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。试验Ⅰ组为空白对照组,正常饮水,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在饮水中添加0.25 g/L、0.5 g/L、1 g/L的"刺黄增蛋液",试验Ⅴ组为阳性药物对照组,每千克饲料添加10 g"降脂增蛋散",连续给药7 d,观察4周。结果:与空白对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的产蛋率分别提高5.71%、6.11%和6.04%(P0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组料蛋比均分别降低11.42%、8.66%、11.02%、8.27%(P0.01),试验Ⅲ组的平均蛋重提高2.18%(P0.01);刺黄增蛋液对哈夫单位、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度无明显影响(P0.05)。研究结果提示"刺黄增蛋液"能够提高产蛋率和降低料蛋比,进而延长产蛋周期,以0.5g/L添加量为最佳。
