泽泻提取物对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能及胆固醇代谢的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同水平泽泻提取物对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和蛋黄胆固醇含量的影响。实验选用190日龄体况良好、产蛋率接近的绿壳蛋鸡225羽,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15羽鸡。空白对照组不含泽泻添加物,阳性对照组添加0.58 mg/kg洛伐他汀,给药组分别添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的泽泻提取物,实验期42 d。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,质量分数0.5%泽泻提取物提高产蛋率12.28%;质量分数0.3%泽泻提取物能显著降低蛋黄胆固醇质量分数24.2%和甘油三酯质量分数35.5%;质量分数0.3%泽泻提取物能显著降低血清胆固醇质量分数51.97%;质量分数0.1%泽泻添加物组的能显著提高免疫水平。由此可见,一定剂量的泽泻提取物能降低鸡蛋和血清中胆固醇含量、提高鸡蛋品质和鸡群免疫水平,最佳添加量为质量分数0.3%。
[Abstract]:The effects of different levels of alisma extract on performance, egg quality, serum biochemical index and yolk cholesterol content of green hens were studied. 225 green shell laying hens with good body condition and similar laying rate were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each group. The blank control group did not contain the alisma additive, the positive control group added lovastatin 0.58 mg/kg, and the control group added 0.1% 0.30.3C 0.5% extract of alisma for 42 days. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, 0.5% extract of Rhizoma Alismatis increased egg production rate 12.28%, 0.3% extract of Rhizoma Alismatis significantly decreased cholesterol content of egg yolk and 35.5wt% of triglyceride, 0.3% extract significantly decreased serum gall. Alcohol mass fraction 51.97 and 0.1% Rhizoma Alismatis Additives could significantly improve the immune level. It can be seen that a certain dose of alisma extract can reduce the content of cholesterol in eggs and serum, improve the quality of eggs and the immune level of chickens, and the best addition amount is 0.3wt%.
