喷雾通风降温系统对牛舍温湿环境及肉牛血清无机离子的影响

【摘要】:试验选用16头锦江黄牛,并随机分为2组,其中一组安装喷雾通风降温系统,一组仅安装风机通风降温。通过测定试验前后温湿度及肉牛血清中各无机离子浓度,以研究喷雾通风降温系统对舍内温湿环境及肉牛血清无机离子的影响。结果表明:试验组喷雾期间平均温度比对照组低2.70℃(P0.01),平均相对湿度比对照组高13.73%(P0.01);每个喷雾周期(15min)内,相比对照组,试验组温度减缓上升0.12℃,相对湿度减缓下降0.21%。试验结束时,试验组牛血清中K+及Na+含量分别比对照组显著高19.13%及13.59%(P0.05);且两组中Cl-及P2-含量差异不显著,而试验组牛血清中Ca2+含量比对照组显著减少7.96%(P0.05)。以上结果可知,喷雾通风降温系统可以改善肉牛舍温湿环境,并减少血液中无机离子的流失,有利于保持机体电解质平衡,缓解肉牛夏季热应激。
[Abstract]:Sixteen Jinjiang cattle were selected and randomly divided into two groups: one group was equipped with spray ventilation and cooling system, the other group only installed fan ventilation cooling system. The effects of spray ventilation and cooling system on indoor temperature and humidity environment and serum inorganic ions of beef cattle were studied by measuring temperature and humidity and the concentration of inorganic ions in the serum of beef cattle before and after the experiment.
