草地地上生物量的简易估测方法研究

【摘要】：草地生物量是草地生态系统的一个重要指标,也是研究草地生态系统变化规律的重要手段,具有重要的意义。目前关于草地生物量研究的主要方法是传统的直接收获法,遥感估测法使用也较多,但关于草量计的研究较少。本研究自制多种不同规格的草地地上生物量测量板,对白三叶草占优势的草地群落高度和生物量之间的相关关系进行调查研究,建立了二者的回归方程,通过对所建立模拟方程的决定系数(R2)、F-检验、总相对误差(RS)和平均相对误差绝对值(RMA)等进行综合分析比对,从中筛选出最优测量板规格和生物量估测模型。野外调查在陕西省杨凌区大寨镇杜寨村,以白三叶占优势的草地群落中进行。本研究的调查工具选择了铝塑板和高分子板两种材质,圆形和正方形两种形状,正方形有边长10cm、20cm、30cm、40cm四种,圆形直径为10cm、20cm、30cm、35cm、40cm五种,进行了草地植被调查。调查样地选择地面较为平缓的地带,采取随机取样法,将测量板在接近草层上方时,轻轻放置于植被上方,直至测量板平稳地停止,尽可能保证测量板的水平,测量并记录测量板下方到地面的植物群落高度,同一规格的测量板重复测量20次。随后将测量板下对应面积内所有植物的地上部分齐地面剪下,装入样袋内,做好标记,带回实验室,称重。在65℃恒温干燥箱烘干至恒重,称重得到生物量数量。再进行数学模型建立和相关性分析,具体结果如下:1、以测量板下群落高度为自变量,群落地上生物量为因变量,建立多种回归方程,发现测量板下的草地群落高度和生物量之间呈正相关,R2介于0.3700~0.7630之间。2、测量板面积、重量过大过小都会影响回归模型的稳定性和拟合性。铝塑板较高分子板重,变异系数和决定系数表现较好。3、综合各项因素,得出最优规格为铝塑板直径35cm,其最优估测模型为y=1.6460x-3.3462,R2=0.7630,其预测精度可达到82.35%。
