紫锥菊复方超微粉对仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本研究根据中医药理论,结合猪的生长发育特点,进行组方,超微粉碎后进行毒性试验,之后按不同比例添加到母猪和断奶仔猪的日粮中,旨在探讨紫锥菊复方超微粉对哺乳仔猪和断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能影响。第一部分,将紫锥菊复方超微粉常规方法制成水提液,急性毒性试验灌服剂量为10000,20000,40000,60 000mg/kg体质量;蓄积毒性试验灌服剂量为100,200,400,600mg/kg体质量。观察记录药物对小白鼠的影响。结果表明:在急性毒性试验中,LD5060000mg/kg;在蓄积毒性试验中,小鼠没有出现死亡和其他不正常表现,各剂量组小白鼠的平均日增体质量与对照组相比较差异均不显著(P0.05)。第二部分,选择(27±3)日龄健康的(杜×长×大)三元断奶仔猪140头,按照体况相近,公母各半的原则随机分为A,B,C,D,E,F,G共7个组,每组进行2个重复,每个重复10头。试验期为30d,A组根据猪场标准日粮饲喂,B和C组、D和E组、F和G组则分别在日粮中添加0.25%,0.50%和0.75%紫锥菊复方超微粉后饲喂,饲喂15d后,B,D,F组转为饲喂猪场标准日粮。分别进行断奶仔猪的生长性能和免疫功能指标的试验。结果表明:生产性能上,与空白对照组相比,平均日采食量的B,D,E组分别提高了2.95%,5.63%,5.21%(P0.05);F,C组分别提高了0.32%,0.32%(P0.05);G组降低了13.33(P0.05)。平均日增质量方面,B,D,C,E组分别提高了13.26%,12.92%,16.29%,37.32%(P0.05);F组提高了2.31%(P0.05);G组降低了0.61%(P0.05)。料肉比方面,B,C,D,E,F,G组分别降低了9.50%,6.50%,2.00%,12.50%,19.50%,13.00%(P0.05)。免疫功能上,与空白对照组相比,连续用药15d的D,F组用药后各项免疫指标稳定增长,停止用药后呈下降趋势;B组呈持续增长,但差异不显著(P0.05);连续用药30d的C,E,G组Ig A分别提高了7.70%(P0.05),20.75%(P0.05),9.30%(P0.05);IgG分别提高了7.70%(P0.05),12.31%(P0.05),9.83%(P0.05);IgM分别提高了6.94%(P0.05),16.92%(P0.05),22.60%(P0.05);IFN-γ分别提高了21.14%(P0.05),32.32%(P0.05),30.28%(P0.05);TNF-α分别提高了6.38%(P0.05),11.83%(P0.05),18.86%(P0.05);IL-2分别提高了3.12%(P0.05),11.34%(P0.05),6.67%(P0.05);IL-10分别提高了24.84%(P0.05),41.21%(P0.05),47.68%(P0.05)。猪瘟抗体水平有所提高且差异显著(P0.05),伪狂犬抗体水平差异不显著(P0.05)。第三部分,按照预产期、胎次、品种、年龄、体格相近原则选取30头母猪,分为A,B,C共3个组,每组10头。根据母猪分组不同,各组哺乳仔猪对应分成Aa,Bb,Cc共3个组。仔猪Aa组为空白对照组,Bb组为复方添加低剂量组、Cc组为复方添加高剂量组。试验期为母猪预产期前5d至产后21d(共26d)。试验中,A组根据猪场标准日粮饲喂,B组和C组则在日粮中分别添加0.75%和1.50%紫锥菊复方超微粉后饲喂。分别进行哺乳仔猪生长性能和免疫功能指标的试验。结果表明:生产性能上,与空白对照组相比,低剂量组和高剂量组的哺乳仔猪平均断奶体质量分别提高了9.52%,18.90%(P0.05);平均日增质量分别提高了14.00%,26.60%(P0.05)。免疫功能上,与空白对照组相比,低剂量组和高剂量组的哺乳仔猪IgA,IgG,IgM均有所提高(P0.05);IFN-γ分别提高了0.23%(P0.05),18.95%(P0.05);TNF-α分别提高了7.88%,16.35%(P0.05);IL-2分别提高了19.62%,23.39%(P0.05);IL-10分别提高了18.77%(P0.05),36.12%(P0.05)。猪瘟和伪狂犬抗体水平均有所提高(P0.05)。综合研究结果得出:该自拟紫锥菊复方超微粉属于无毒性物质,应用养猪生产中比较安全;断奶仔猪中,连续用药15d以添加0.25%剂量最佳,连续用药30d以添加0.50%剂量最佳,这两个添加剂量组都能提高断奶仔猪的日增质量,降低料肉比,提高免疫功能指标,以在断奶仔猪日粮中添加0.50%的剂量连续用药30d的效果更好;在母猪日粮中0.75%和1.50%的添加剂量都可以提高哺乳仔猪生长性能,增强免疫功能,以1.50%添加剂量的效果最好。
[Abstract]:In this study, according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the characteristics of the growth and development of pigs, the group was organized, and the toxicity test was carried out after ultramicro comminution, then added to the diet of sow and weanling piglets in different proportions. After feeding 15d, B, D, F groups were fed to pig farm standard diet. The growth performance and immune function of weanling piglets were carried out respectively. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, the average daily intake of B, D and E increased by 2.95%, 5.63%, 5.21% (P0.05), F, C group increased by 0.32%, 0.32% (P0.05), G group decreased by 13.33 (P0.05), and B, D, C, respectively increased by 13.26%, 12.92%, 16.29%, 37.32%, respectively; Increased 2.31% (P0.05); G group decreased by 0.61% (P0.05). The two added dose groups could improve the daily mass of weaned piglets, reduce the ratio of meat and meat, and improve the immune function index. The effect of adding 0.50% dose of 30d in the diet of weaned piglets was better, and 0.75% and 1.50% in sow diet. The added dose can improve the growth performance and enhance the immune function of the suckling piglets, with the best dosage of 1.50%.
