应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系和NRC模型评价4种粮食加工副产物的营养价值
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the nutritional value of four grain processing by-products by using Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system (CNCPS) and NRC models. Corn fiber feed, soybean husk, sweet rapeseed meal and soybean dregs were collected from four different pastures in Northeast China, and their nutritional components were determined. The protein and carbohydrate components were divided by CNCPS model. The potential nutrient supply was predicted and the digestible nutrients and energy values were estimated by NRC model. The results showed that the content of (NDF) of neutral detergent fiber was soybean peel, sweet rapeseed meal, corn fiber feed and soybean dregs, the content of non-protein nitrogen (NPN) was corn fiber feed, soybean dregs, sweet rapeseed meal and soybean husk. The content of acid washed insoluble crude protein (ADICP) in sweet rapeseed meal was the highest, and the others were soybean husk, soybean dregs and corn fiber feed. There was no significant difference in ADICP content between corn fiber feed and soybean dregs (P0.05). The content of non-protein nitrogen (NPN) was in order of corn fiber feed, soybean dregs, sweet rapeseed meal and soybean husk, and the true protein (PB) content was soybean husk and sweet rapeseed meal. The contents of (PC) in soybean dregs, sweet rapeseed meal, soybean husk and corn fiber feed were soybean dregs, sweet rapeseed meal, soybean husk and corn fiber feed, respectively. The (MP) contents of metabolizable protein were soybean dregs and soybean husks, respectively. The content of total digestible nutrients (TDNm) of corn fiber feed and soybean dregs was higher than that of soybean dregs (P0.05), and the NELP value of production level was soybean dregs and corn fiber feed from high to low (P0.05), and the content of total digestible nutrients (TDNm) was higher than that of soybean dregs (P < 0.05). The NELP value of corn fiber feed was not significantly different from that of soybean dregs and soybean husk (P0.05), and the (MEP) value of production level was soybean dregs, corn fiber feed, sweet rapeseed meal and soybean husk. It can be seen that corn fiber feed and soybean husk can be used as fiber source for dairy cows, and the rumen protein (RUP) MP content of soybean dregs is the highest. The energy values of 4 kinds of grain processing by-products which can be used as protein source of dairy cattle are soybean dregs, corn fiber feed, soybean husk and sweet rapeseed meal in order of energy from high to low.
