吉林省部分地区牛布氏杆菌病和新孢子虫病的流行病学调查

【摘要】:布氏杆菌病是由布氏杆菌(Brucella)引起的人兽共患传染病,以母畜流产、不孕和公畜睾丸炎为特征。新孢子虫病(Neosporiasis)是多种动物的一种原虫病,其主要症状是孕畜流产、死胎和新生儿运动障碍等。牛布氏杆菌病和牛新孢子虫病均是引起牛繁殖障碍的重要传染性疾病。随着我国养牛业集约化程度的不断提高,牛布氏杆菌病和牛新孢子虫病已严重阻碍了我国养牛业的健康发展。为了解吉林省部分地区牛布氏杆菌病和牛新孢子虫病的流行情况,本研究应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)对吉林省延边地区和松原地区共计168份流产牛血清样本进行了布氏杆菌病检测,并对其中不同饲养方式、不同牛品种和不同年龄段的100份牛血清样本进行了比较研究。应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对吉林省梅河、松原、长春、吉林和白山等5个地区的共计410份牛血清样本进行了牛新孢子虫抗体检测,并对其中不同饲养方式、不同牛品种和不同年龄段的193份牛血清样本进行了比较研究。在布氏杆菌病检测中,松原地区的牛血清样本阳性率为35.90%,延边地区牛血清样本阳性率为58.13%。结果显示,吉林省松原地区是牛布氏杆菌病的流行区域,延边地区中延吉市是牛布氏杆菌病流行最为严重区域,血清抗体阳性率高达64.00%。在牛新孢子虫病检测中,梅河、松原、长春、吉林和白山地区牛新孢子虫阳性率分别为19.67%、23.07%、10.53%、16.67%和35.75%。吉林省梅河、松原、长春、吉林和白山地区是牛新孢子虫病的流行区域,其中白山地区的长白县牛新孢子虫病的抗体阳性率高达39.65%,而且在不同饲养方式和不同品种间存在显著性差异。通过流行病学调查证实,吉林省是牛布氏杆菌病和牛新孢子虫病的流行地区。本研究将为吉林省牛布氏杆菌病和牛新孢子病的防控提供科学的流行病学资料。
[Abstract]:Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella (Brucella), characterized by female abortion, infertility and orchitis. Neosporidiosis (Neosporiasis) is a protozoan disease of many animals. Its main symptoms are abortion, stillbirth and movement disorder of newborn. Bovine brucellosis and bovine neosporidiosis are important infectious diseases causing bovine reproductive disorders. With the development of intensive cattle farming in China, brucellosis and neosporidiosis have seriously hindered the healthy development of cattle farming in China. In order to understand the prevalence of brucellosis and neosporidiosis in some areas of Jilin Province, In this study, a total of 168 abortive bovine serum samples from Yanbian and Songyuan areas of Jilin Province were tested for brucellosis by using tiger red plate agglutination test (RBPT). A comparative study of 100 bovine serum samples from different cattle breeds and ages was carried out. A total of 410 bovine serum samples from five regions of Jilin Province, Meihe, Songyuan, Changchun, Jilin and Baishan were tested for antibodies against bovine neosporidium by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A comparative study of 193 bovine serum samples from different cattle breeds and ages was carried out. In the detection of brucellosis, the positive rate of bovine serum samples was 35.90 in Songyuan and 58.13 in Yanbian. The results showed that Songyuan area of Jilin Province was the epidemic area of brucellosis in cattle, and Yanji city was the most serious area of brucellosis in Yanbian area. The positive rate of serum antibody was as high as 64.00%. In the detection of bovine neosporidiosis, the positive rates of Neosporidium in Meihe, Songyuan, Changchun, Jilin and Baishan areas were 19.67% and 35.75%, respectively. Meimei River, Songyuan, Changchun, Jilin and Baishan regions of Jilin Province are endemic areas of bovine neosporidiosis. The antibody positive rate of bovine neosporidiosis in Changbai county in Baishan area was 39.65, and there were significant differences among different breeding ways and varieties. The epidemiological investigation confirmed that Jilin Province is the epidemic area of brucellosis and Neosporidiosis. This study will provide scientific epidemiological data for the prevention and control of brucellosis and Neosporidiosis in Jilin Province.
