不同留种策略下基因辅助BLUP的选择效果

【摘要】:为揭示基因辅助最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)方法在不同留种策略下的选择效果,在假定目标数量性状同时受1个双等位基因QTL和多基因共同控制的前提下,模拟了在一个闭锁群体(10头公畜、190头母畜)内采用标记辅助BLUP连续选择10代的情形。选择试验共考虑了3种留种策略:策略Ⅰ仅根据个体估计育种值(EBV)高低留种;策略Ⅱ在每个公畜家系内选留EBV最高的1头公畜和19头母畜;策略Ⅲ在每个公畜家系内选留1头EBV最高的公畜,在每个母畜家系内选留EBV最高的1头母畜。结果表明,留种策略Ⅰ的遗传进展(包括QTL基因型值和多基因育种值进展)最高,QTL增效等位基因频率上升速度最快,其次为策略Ⅱ,策略Ⅲ的遗传进展最低,QTL增效等位基因频率上升最慢;不同留种策略下的群体近交系数总体上呈现策略Ⅰ策略Ⅱ策略Ⅲ的规律,但策略Ⅱ的群体近交系数与策略Ⅲ接近且远低于策略Ⅰ。在育种实践中实施基因辅助BLUP选择时,策略Ⅱ既能保证较高的遗传进展,又能有效控制近交,因而不失为一种理想的留种策略。
