豌豆蛋白粉对1~4周龄高邮鸭生长性能、养分表观消化率、消化器官发育及血清生化指标的影响
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of pea protein powder on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility, digestive organ development and serum biochemical indexes of 1-4 week old Gaoyou duck. 160 1-day-old Gaoyou ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 ducks per replica. The control group (C0 group) was fed with corn-soybean meal diet, and the experimental group (C1C2C3 group) was fed with 3% pea protein powder instead of soybean meal in the basal diet. The trial period was 28 days. The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) and average daily intake of C _ (1) C _ (2) C _ (3) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). The feed weight ratio of C _ (1) C _ (2) C _ (3) C _ (1) C _ (1) C _ (3) group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude fiber (CF), (EE) and calcium (Ca) in C _ 2 group was not significantly different from that in control group (P0.05). The apparent digestibility of CFEE and Ca in C _ 1 C _ 3 group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the apparent digestibility of pea protein powder in glandular stomach of C _ 2 group was significantly lower than that in C _ 1 C _ 3 group. There was no significant effect on the relative weight of pancreas and duodenum (P0.05). The relative weight of muscle stomach in group C1 was significantly higher than that in group C _ 2 (P0.05), and the relative weight of jejunum and ileum in group C _ 2 was significantly higher than that in group C _ 2 (P0.05). Jejunum density and ileum relative length were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). Pea protein powder had no significant effect on serum albumin (ALB), glucose, (GLU), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) content. (P0.05) Serum total protein (TP) content in C _ 3 group was significantly higher than that in C _ 3 group. The content of serum urea nitrogen (UN) in group C _ (2) C _ (3) was significantly higher than that in group C _ (1) C _ (2) C _ (3) (P0.05). The content of serum triglyceride (TG) in C _ (1) C _ (2) C _ (3) group was significantly higher than that in group C _ (1) C _ (3) compared with the control group (P 0.05). To sum up, the average daily gain and average daily intake of 1 ~ 4 weeks old Gaoyou duck could be reduced by replacing soybean meal with pea protein powder, but the apparent nutrient digestibility was not significantly affected by 6% pea protein meal replacement, and the feed weight ratio was lower than that of the control group. Moreover, it can improve the development index of small intestine and affect the changes of protein and fat metabolism. It is suggested that 6% pea protein powder should be used as a recommended diet for Gaoyou duck.
