连续培养瘤胃模拟发酵的工作参数设置研究进展

【摘要】:体外培养法作为反刍动物营养学研究的重要方法,主要有批次培养法和连续培养法两种。由于连续培养法能够更好地模拟瘤胃内发酵情况,其应用也更为广泛。但连续培养瘤胃模拟装置的主要运行参数多,如温度、pH、稀释率、缓冲液与瘤胃液接种比、搅拌速率与方式等,且不同运行参数设置以及参数的组合对试验结果影响较大,因此作者在总结前人研究结果的基础上,就不同工作参数对连续培养瘤胃模拟发酵过程中挥发性脂肪酸、干物质消失率、pH、酶活、原虫数量、微生物蛋白等指标的影响进行了综述。
[Abstract]:As an important method in the study of ruminant nutrition in vitro, there are two main methods: batch culture method and continuous culture method. As continuous culture method can better simulate rumen fermentation, its application is more extensive. However, the main operating parameters of continuous culture rumen simulator are as follows: temperature, pH, dilution ratio, inoculation ratio of buffer to rumen fluid, stirring rate and method, and the setting of different operating parameters and the combination of parameters have great influence on the test results. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the results of previous studies, the authors studied the effects of different working parameters on volatile fatty acids, dry matter disappearance rate (pH), enzyme activity and protozoa number during continuous rumen fermentation. The effects of microbial protein and other indexes were reviewed.
