复方儿茶凝胶对犬感染创的治疗效果

【摘要】:以儿茶、黄芪、黄柏、血竭、乳香、没药6味中药提取物为主要成分制成复方儿茶凝胶剂,研究其对犬感染创的治疗效果。12只试验犬随机分为4组,即空白对照组,磺胺嘧啶锌组(西药组),高、低剂量复方儿茶凝胶剂组(高剂量组、低剂量组),每组3只犬,每只犬8个创面。试验犬造模成功后,分别使用上述药物治疗,每天1次,连续治疗14 d。在用药第3、7、14天分别对伤口局部组织采样,进行组织学观察。结果表明,高剂量组、西药组创面面积愈合率、体积愈合率、创面肉芽出现时间和愈合时间均极显著优于空白对照组(P0.01);组织学结果表明,用药早期高剂量组和西药对照组出现大量巨噬细胞聚集,随后较空白对照组出现更多的毛细血管、成纤维细胞和肉芽组织。高剂量组和西药对照组结果差异不显著。说明高剂量复方儿茶凝胶可以通过抗感染、促进再上皮化、成纤维细胞增殖、胶原沉积和血管新生来加速创口愈合。
[Abstract]:Compound catechin gel was prepared from the extracts of catechin, astragalus, Astragalus, Phellodendron, Rhizoma Draconis, Myrrh and Rhizoma Rhizoma Rhizoma, and its therapeutic effect on canine infection was studied. 12 dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group. Sulfadiazine zinc group (western medicine group), high and low dose compound catechin gel group (high dose group, low dose group), each group 3 dogs, each dog 8 wounds. The dogs were treated with the above drugs once a day for 14 days. The local tissue samples were collected on the 3rd day and the histological observation was carried out. The results showed that the wound area healing rate, volume healing rate, granulation time and healing time of high dose group and western medicine group were significantly better than those of blank control group (P0.01). A large number of macrophages were accumulated in the high dose group and the western medicine control group at the early stage, then more capillaries, fibroblasts and granulation tissue appeared than the blank control group. There was no significant difference between the high dose group and the western medicine control group. These results suggest that high dose compound catechin gel can accelerate wound healing by anti-infection, promoting re-epithelialization, fibroblast proliferation, collagen deposition and angiogenesis.
