大康牧业猪场肠道寄生虫感染情况调查及驱虫方案评估

【摘要】:猪的肠道寄生虫对规模化猪场猪影响较大,严重制约着猪场的经济收益,其主要临床症状有腹泻、消瘦、肝脏和肺脏等器官严重病变等,严重地影响病猪的健康发育。其中某些猪肠道寄生虫也是人畜共患的寄生虫病,为人类的健康带来了巨大的隐患和危害。鉴于此,了解大康牧业规模化猪场猪肠道寄生虫的感染情况和流行特点,制定净化猪肠道寄生虫的有效治理措施,为大康牧规模化猪场降低猪肠道寄生虫感染率提供有效的依据是十分必要的。2013年-2015年,本课题对大康牧业公司旗下九个规模化猪场进行猪肠道寄生虫的调查,收集了1246份集猪粪便样品,利用漂浮法和沉淀法对寄生虫虫卵种类进行检查。本论文的主要研究成果如下所示:1、大康牧业规模化猪场肠道寄生虫感染情况调查调查发现大康牧业旗下九个规模化猪场猪肠道感染的寄生虫主要有6种,分别为猪蛔虫(Ascaris suum)、食道口线虫(Oesophagostomum)、毛首线虫(Trichocephalus)、类圆线虫(Strongyloides)、猪球虫(Eimeria suis)和结肠小袋纤毛虫(Balantidium coli),其中猪蛔虫的感染率为8.27%,食道口线虫的感染率为6.90%,毛首线虫的感染率为5.06%,类圆线虫的感染率为4.57%,猪球虫的感染率为17.09%,结肠小袋纤毛虫的感染率为22.71%。其中仔猪的感染率明显高于育肥猪;由于不同的规模化猪场的饲养环境差异很大,导致猪肠道寄生虫虫感染情况也有很大的区别。2、大康牧业规模化猪场驱肠道寄生虫模式的调查与结果分析为了给大康牧业旗下规模化猪场提供较为合理有效的驱肠道寄生虫方案,本次研究了解九个规模化猪场的不同驱虫模式,分析不同驱除模式对规模化猪场猪肠道线虫病的防治效果,最后得出的结论是:在猪场的实际运行操作中,选择伊维菌素作为驱虫药物、进行寄生虫监测、阶段性对驱虫、饲养管理和卫生条件管理好的是较为经济合理的方法来控制肠道寄生虫病的流行。3、大康牧业规模化猪场肠道寄生虫病的综合治理方案及研究作者致力于研究大康牧业旗下规模化猪场猪肠道寄生虫病的感染情况及流行规律及寄生虫的生活史,围绕有效的控制感染来源、切断中间传播途径、加强猪群的综合免疫力三个重要环节,制定出合理的地适合大康牧业规模化猪场肠道寄生虫病的综合治理方案。其主要的内容是:以仔猪和母猪为治理重点,选择合适的抗肠道寄生虫药品、制定合理有效的驱虫模式、对肠道寄生虫病进行有效的监控、加强管理特别是猪场的卫生等。4、大康牧业规模化猪场肠道寄生虫病的综合防治方案的推广应用本研究选择大康牧业旗下其中两个规模化猪场进行防治方案的应用,采用以小猪和母猪治理为重点的规模化猪场肠道寄生虫的防控程序,其主要的方案为:1、选择以伊维菌素或作为驱肠道寄生虫药物,。2、在驱虫过程中,采取阶段性驱虫模式。3、进行猪肠道寄生虫的监测。4、新购入的猪必须先驱虫然后隔离一段时间后再与其他猪并群。5、加强饲养管理,注意猪舍的清洁卫生。6、猪场积累的粪便堆积发酵处理实施此防控程序后,被实验的猪场肠道寄生虫病的感染率大幅度减少。经过1年的驱虫方案的推广及应用,实验猪场中的种母猪饲料消耗降低但生长速度提高,且产仔数增加,每头猪增加的收益有所提高。由此可见,规模化猪场肠道寄生虫病的综合防治研究不仅仅具有一定的学术价值,而且能够产生很可观的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Pig intestinal parasites have great influence on large-scale pig farm, which seriously restricts the economic benefits of pig farms. The main clinical symptoms are diarrhoea, emaciation, serious pathological changes of liver and lung and so on, which seriously affect the healthy development of the sick pigs. Some of the pig intestinal parasites are also parasitic diseases of human and livestock, which have brought the health of human beings. In view of this, it is necessary to provide effective measures for reducing the infection rate of intestinal parasites in large piggery farms by understanding the infection and epidemic characteristics of pig intestinal parasites in the large-scale pig farm of the big Kang animal farm, and making effective measures to clean up the intestinal parasites of pigs. This is a very necessary.2013 year for -2015 years. A survey of pig intestinal parasites was carried out in nine large-scale pig farms in Dafu animal husbandry company. 1246 samples of pig feces were collected. The species of parasite eggs were examined by floating method and precipitation method. This study has studied and understood the different insect repellent modes of nine standardized pig farms, and analyzed the different drive. In addition to the effect of mode on the prevention and control of intestinal nematode disease in large-scale pig farms, the conclusion is that in the actual operation of the pig farm, ivermectin is selected as an anthelmintic drug, parasitic monitoring, stage insect repellent, feeding management and health condition management are more economical and reasonable methods to control intestinal parasitic diseases. The main contents are: Taking piglets and sows as the focus of control, choosing appropriate anti intestinal parasite drugs, formulating a reasonable and effective anthelmintic model, monitoring intestinal parasitic diseases effectively, and adding three important links. .4, the comprehensive prevention and control scheme of intestinal parasitic disease in the large-scale pig farm of the big Kang pastoral area, the comprehensive prevention and control scheme of intestinal parasitology in the large-scale pig farm of the big Kang pastoral area is popularized and applied in this study. The prevention and control program of the intestinal parasites in a large-scale pig farm, focusing on the treatment of piglets and sows, is applied to the application of two large-scale pig farms under the banner of the big Kang pastoral industry. After 1 years' promotion and application, the feed consumption of sows in the experimental piggery was reduced but the growth rate increased, and the number of litter increased, and the increase of each pig increased. It can be seen that comprehensive control of intestinal parasitic diseases in large-scale pig farms is not only of certain academic value, but also of considerable economic benefits.
