气温对德州驴繁殖规律的影响

【摘要】:德州驴是我国五大优良驴品种之一,其繁殖力高,育成时间短,常用于品种间杂交以改良小型驴种。为研究气温对鲁西平原地区德州驴繁殖规律的影响,试验选择基础母驴400头进行配种试验,记录并分析每月气温变化及对德州驴发情率、受胎率及排卵位置的影响。结果表明:气温显著影响母驴发情率(P0.05),在一定程度上,气温越高,发情率越高,但对受胎率无显著影响(P0.05);气温对母驴排卵位置无显著影响(P0.05),母驴排卵位置以右侧卵巢居多(62.1%)。说明右侧卵巢的繁殖力高于左侧。
[Abstract]:Dezhou Donkey is one of the five excellent donkey breeds in China. It has high fecundity and short breeding time. It is often used in intervarietal hybridization to improve small donkey breeds. In order to study the effect of air temperature on breeding rule of Texas donkey in West Shandong Plain, 400 female donkeys were selected for breeding experiment. Monthly temperature changes and their effects on estrus rate, conception rate and ovulation location of Texas donkeys were recorded and analyzed. The results showed that temperature significantly affected estrus rate (P0.05), to a certain extent, the higher the temperature, the higher the estrus rate, but had no significant effect on the conception rate (P0.05), the temperature had no significant effect on the ovulatory position of female donkey (P0.05), the ovulatory position of female donkey was mostly in the right ovary (62.1%). The fecundity of the right ovary is higher than that of the left.
