日粮营养水平对22~40kg滩羊不同脂肪组织中FABP4 mRNA表达影响的研究

【摘要】:为了探讨营养水平对22~40kg滩羊不同脂肪组织中FABP4mRNA表达的影响,为滩羊脂肪代谢的营养调控研究提供基础数据,本试验选择年龄、体重相近的健康滩羊112只,公母各半,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复7只羊。并参考肉羊饲养标准NY/T(816-2004),根据生长阶段(22~28kg,29~35kg,36~40kg),以目标增重设计标准日粮,每阶段设置4个营养水平,日粮能量和蛋白质水平分别为0.84×标准(Ⅰ组)、0.96×标准(Ⅱ组)、1.08×标准(Ⅲ组)和1.20×标准(Ⅳ组),分别饲喂4组试验滩羊。于每阶段末每个重复屠宰1只试验羊,取尾部脂肪、肾周脂肪和皮下脂肪组织,通过实时荧光定量PCR检测FABP4mRNA表达水平。结果表明:(1)尾部脂肪和皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量随体重增加呈上升趋势;(2)Ⅰ组中,三个生长阶段滩羊肾周脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量均显著高于尾部脂肪(P0.05),皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量在第一阶段和第三阶段显著高于尾部脂肪(P0.05);(3)Ⅱ组中,随着体重增加,尾部脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量增速较快;(4)Ⅲ组中,随着体重增加,滩羊肾周脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量增速较慢;(5)Ⅳ组中,第二阶段滩羊皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表达量显著高于尾部脂肪和肾周脂肪(P0.05)。因此,滩羊首先保证肾周脂肪沉积,且受营养水平影响较小,营养充足(或过剩)有利于增加皮下和尾部脂肪的沉积。
