添加糖蜜和青贮添加剂对“张杂谷”全株青贮发酵品质的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在研究不同水平的糖蜜和青贮添加剂(复合菌制剂,以植物乳杆菌为主)对"张杂谷"全株青贮发酵品质和营养成分的影响。以灌浆期"张杂谷"全株作为青贮原料,试验设5个处理组,即对照组(直接青贮)、Ⅰ组(1.5‰青贮添加剂)、Ⅱ组(2%糖蜜+1.5‰青贮添加剂)、Ⅲ组(4%糖蜜+1.5‰青贮添加剂)、Ⅳ组(6%糖蜜+1.5‰青贮添加剂),青贮期60d。结果显示:(1)试验组在感官评分上均优于对照组,试验组干物质(DM)含量均显著高于对照组(P0.05),粗蛋白质(CP)含量均高于对照组;(2)显著降低了试验组(除Ⅰ组外)青贮饲料中酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和半纤维素(HC)含量(P0.05),对灰分含量影响不大(P0.05);(3)与对照组相比,试验组pH、氨态氮/总氮(AN/TN)值均显著降低(P0.05),乳酸显著提高(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅳ组乙酸含量均显著降低(P0.05),各试验组丙酸含量均显著降低(P0.05),在试验组和对照组中均没检出丁酸和异戊酸。综合分析认为,糖蜜和青贮添加剂能改善"张杂谷"全株青贮的发酵品质,推荐用量为4%糖蜜+1.5‰青贮添加剂。
