内蒙古自治区2014年度口蹄疫和禽流感抗体监测及病原学调查

【摘要】:口蹄疫和禽流感是我国的重大动物传染病,长期影响我国的畜牧业的健康发展。近年来我区对此二病采取疫苗接种为主的综合性防控措施。为掌握此二病的免疫水平及自然感染状况,本课题对2014年度内蒙14个地市进行了口蹄疫免疫抗体监测、口蹄疫3ABC抗体检测、禽流感免疫抗体监测及禽流感病原学检测。共采集用于口蹄疫抗体检测的牛血清样品1217份、羊血清样品1914份、猪血清样品1351份。结果表明,全区0型口蹄疫、A型口蹄疫及Asia I口蹄疫的免疫抗体检测合格率分别为87.8%、94.4%和87.4%;大多数盟市免疫效果良好,少数盟市抗体合格率低于国家标准;规模化养殖场免疫效果略好于散养户;牛的免疫效果略好于羊和猪;牛和羊的3ABC非结构蛋白抗体阳性率分别为37.72%和15.99%,揭示我区口蹄疫自然感染比较普遍。共采集鸡血清样品2653份、口腔和泄殖腔双拭子样品2653份。结果表明,禽流感H5型免疫抗体检测合格率为91.71%;大多数盟市免疫效果良好,只有一个盟抗体合格率低于国家标准;规模化养殖场免疫效果略好于散养户;禽流感H5和H7亚型病原学检测阳性率为0.00%。本研究成果将为我区口蹄疫和禽流感的防控提供科学参考。
[Abstract]:Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) and avian influenza (AIV) are major animal infectious diseases in China, which affect the healthy development of animal husbandry in China for a long time. In recent years, the two diseases in our region to take vaccination-based comprehensive prevention and control measures. In order to understand the immune level and natural infection status of the two diseases, the immune antibody, 3ABC antibody, avian influenza antibody and avian influenza etiology of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) were detected in 14 cities of Inner Mongolia in 2014. A total of 1217 bovine serum samples, 1914 sheep serum samples and 1351 pig serum samples were collected for FMD antibody detection. The results showed that the qualified rates of immune antibody detection of foot-and-mouth disease type A and Asia I were 87.894% and 87.4%, respectively. The immunological effect of large scale farm was better than that of bulk family, the immune effect of cattle was better than that of sheep and pig, and the positive rates of 3ABC non-structural protein antibody in cattle and sheep were 37.72% and 15.99%, respectively, which revealed that the natural infection of foot-and-mouth disease was common in our area. A total of 2653 chicken serum samples and 2653 oral and cloacal double swabs were collected. The results showed that the qualified rate of H5 antibody detection was 91.71%, the immune effect was good in most of the cities, only one league antibody qualified rate was lower than the national standard, and the immune effect of large-scale breeding farm was slightly better than that of free-range farmers. The positive rate of pathogenic detection of avian influenza H 5 and H 7 subtypes was 0.005%. The results of this study will provide a scientific reference for the prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease and avian influenza in our region.
