不同空气净化设备对鸡舍空气净化效果的比较研究

【摘要】:试验旨在研究高能光电除臭设备和光电除臭仪对鸡舍空气净化效果,为养鸡生产提供更佳的空气净化设备。首先测试2种设备对氨气的降解效果,在此基础上将设备应用于鸡舍进行空气净化效果的研究。选择建筑结构相同、饲养管理水平一致的3栋肉鸡舍,一栋作为对照(1组),不使用空气净化设备,另外两栋(2组、3组)分别使用高能光电除臭设备和光电除臭仪,在08:00—20:00每2 h运行15 min,试验期间对舍内的氨气、微粒和微生物进行测定。结果表明:在无畜无禽状态下,高能光电除臭设备在5.80(高)、3.65(中)、2.47 mg/m~3(低)的初起始浓度下,在设备运行15、30 min后,氨气的降解率分别为52.33%、50.08%、51.68%和71.04%、66.47%、57.61%;光电除臭仪在14.74(高)、6.54(中)、3.80 mg/m~3(低)的初起始浓度下,设备运行15、30 min后,氨气的降解率分别达38.89%、14.07%、23.95%和51.42%、48.74%、40.00%;在鸡舍试验期间空气净化设备显著影响舍内的空气质量,2组、3组氨气、微粒浓度均显著低于1组(P0.05),并且2组的氨气、微粒浓度显著低于3组(P0.05)。在试验中期和后期,2组和3组的微生物数量较1组显著降低(P0.05),且2组的微生物数量显著低于3组(P0.05)。因此,高能光电除臭设备和光电除臭仪均能改善鸡舍空气质量,并且前者效果优于后者。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of high energy photoelectric deodorizer and photoelectric deodorizer on the air purification of chicken house, and to provide better air purifying equipment for chicken production. Firstly, the degradation effect of ammonia gas by two kinds of equipments was tested, and the effect of air purification was studied by using the equipment in chicken house. Three broilers with the same building structure and the same level of management were selected, one was used as control group (group 1), no air purification equipment was used, and the other two buildings (group 2, group 3) were treated with high-energy photoelectric deodorizer and photoelectric deodorizer, respectively. Ammonia gas, particulate matter and microorganism were measured during the experiment at 08: 00-20: 00 for 15 mins every 2 hours. The results showed that under the condition of no livestock and no poultry, the high energy photovoltaic deodorizer was operated for 1530 min at the initial concentration of 5.80 (high) ~ 3.65 (medium) ~ 2.47 mg/m~3 (low). The degradation rates of ammonia gas were 52.33% and 51.68% and 71.04%, 66.47 and 57.61%, respectively. The photoelectric deodorizer was operated for 1530 min at the initial concentration of 14.74 (high) 6.54 (medium) and 3.80 mg/m~3 (low). The degradation rates of ammonia gas were 38.89% and 51.42%, respectively. During the test of chicken house, the air purification equipment significantly affected the air quality in the second group and the particle concentration was significantly lower than that in the first group (P0.05), and the particle concentration of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the third group (P0.05). The number of microorganism in group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that in group 1 (P0.05), and the number of microorganism in group 2 was significantly lower than that in group 3 (P0.05). Therefore, both high energy photoelectric deodorizer and photoelectric deodorizer can improve the air quality of chicken house, and the former is better than the latter.
