饲用优良乳酸菌鉴定及生物学特性研究

【摘要】:对9株供试乳酸菌产酸产气、生长速率、产酸速率等方面筛选既能用于微生态制剂又能用于青贮饲料发酵剂的优良乳酸菌;并从细菌形态学、生理生化特征和16SrDNA基因序列分析对其进行鉴定;同时进一步研究乳酸菌对温度、盐浓度和强酸强碱的耐受性、有机酸组分和药物敏感性等生物学特性。试验筛选出植物乳杆菌R02(Lactobacillus plantarum)、粪肠球菌R07(Enterococcus faecalis)和戊糖片球菌R09(Pediococcus pentosaceus)3株优良乳酸菌。其中菌株R09生长最快,产酸能力最强,乳酸占总酸含量最高,达95.45%,可耐受0.12g/mL NaCl;R02对温度的耐受性最强,可耐受55℃高温;R07对强酸强碱环境有较强的耐受能力,在pH为3.0~9.5的条件下均可生长。菌株R02、R07、R09均具有生长快、产酸和耐受能力强的优良生物学特性,因此具有应用于微生态制剂和青贮饲料的潜能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 9 strains of lactic acid bacteria which can be used in both microecological preparation and silage starter were screened from the aspects of gas production, growth rate and acid production rate of lactic acid bacteria, and the morphology of bacteria was analyzed. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA gene sequence analysis were used to identify lactic acid bacteria. The biological characteristics of lactic acid bacteria such as temperature, salt concentration, tolerance to strong acid and alkali, organic acid composition and drug sensitivity were also studied. Three strains of Lactobacillus plantarum R02 (Lactobacillus plantarum), Enterococcus faecalis R07 (Enterococcus faecalis) and Streptococcus pentose R09 (Pediococcus pentosaceus) were screened out. The strain R09 has the fastest growth, the strongest acid production ability, the highest lactic acid content, up to 95.455.The strain R09 can tolerate the highest temperature of 0.12g/mL NaClCon R02, and can tolerate 55 鈩,
