犬颈部皮脂腺腺瘤病理诊断一例

【摘要】：患犬为6岁雌性金毛犬,发现颈部有一肿块,手术切除肿块后经福尔马林溶液固定制作组织切片,常规H.E.染色,组织学检查,发现肿块内皮脂腺样结构大量异常增生,腺上皮细胞显著增多,腺腔内有均质红染的分泌物。综合分析诊断为皮脂腺腺瘤。
[Abstract]:A 6-year-old female Golden Retriever, a 6-year-old female, was found to have a lump in the neck. The tumor was surgically removed and fixed with formalin solution to make tissue sections. Staining and histological examination showed that a large number of dysplastic sebaceous glands were found in the mass, the number of glandular epithelial cells was significantly increased, and there were homogeneous reddish secretions in the glandular lumen.
