甘南高寒草甸土壤纤毛虫对磷酸氢二铵添加的响应
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of (DAP) addition on the community structure of soil ciliates, a typical plot was selected in Gannan alpine meadow in April 2012, and five supplementation levels were set up in the concentration range of 0 ~ 120g m ~ (-2) in Gannan Alpine Meadow. The species number and density of soil ciliates were determined by "non-submerged petri dish method", "living observation method" and "3-grade 10-fold ring dilution method", and the soil related environmental factors (pH value of water content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic carbon) were determined at the same time. A total of 129 species of soil ciliates belonging to 9 classes, 17 orders, 31 families and 46 genera were obtained. The species number and species diversity index of soil ciliates in control group were higher than that of fertilization treatment, and with the increase of fertilizer amount, the species number and species diversity of soil ciliates decreased, but the density increased with the increase of fertilization. The dominant group of soil ciliates in the control group was the order Ciliformis. With the increase of fertilization amount, the dominant group of soil ciliates was replaced by the order of kidney. Redundancy analysis of community structure and environmental factors of soil ciliates showed that total phosphorus, soil temperature and water content were the key environmental factors affecting the distribution of soil ciliates in alpine meadow of Gannan.
