多营养源饲粮对生长育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及肉品质的影响
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of multi-source diets on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and meat quality of growing and fattening pigs, and to explore the possibility of using unconventional feed raw materials to prepare diets. 48 growing pigs with a body weight of (41.06 卤1.43) kg were randomly assigned to two groups, which were fed corn-soybean meal basal diet (control group) and multi-nutrient diet (experimental group), with 12 replicates in each group. Two pigs per duplicate. The experiment period of growth stage was 42 days, and when the weight of pig in fattening stage was 120 kg, 5 pigs were selected for slaughter and meat quality was measured in each group. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake of the test group increased by 7.76% (P0.05), the average daily gain, the ratio of feed to weight and the energy intake of the test group were not significantly different from those of the control group (P0.05), compared with the control group, calcium, phosphorus, energy and crude protein in the experimental group were increased by 7.76% (P0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude ash and dry matter decreased significantly (P0.05), but the apparent digestibility of crude fat was not significantly different (P0.05) compared with the control group. The activity of serum alanine aminotransferase was significantly increased by feeding multi-nutrient diet (P0.05), but there was no significant effect on the other serum biochemical indexes (P0.05) compared with the control group. There was no significant effect on the quality of pork and the content of fat and protein in longissimus dorsi muscle (P0.05). It can be seen that the apparent digestibility of nutrients in growing and fattening pigs was decreased by feeding multi-source diets with unconventional feedstuff, but there was no negative effect on growth performance and meat quality of growing and fattening pigs.
