大黄对山羊瘤胃微生物区系与甲烷生成的影响

【摘要】:本论文研究大黄对山羊瘤胃微生物区系与甲烷生成的影响。通过体外发酵试验研究试验研究大黄及其蒽醌类提取物大黄素对体外模拟瘤胃发酵和甲烷生成的影响,通过动物饲养试验研究大黄对山羊瘤胃微生物区系和甲烷生成的影响,并用荧光定量PCR等研究微生物区系变化。体外模拟瘤胃试验结果表明:与对照组相比,2.5 mg/mL大黄和0.24 mg/mL大黄素显著降低乙酸、异丁酸和乙丙比(P0.05),添加大黄和大黄素(≥1.0 mg/mL)显著(P0.05)降低了甲烷含量及其产量。动物饲养试验表明,大黄显著降低了山羊胃肠道甲烷排放量,但对原虫、真菌、甲烷菌、白色瘤胃球菌、黄色瘤胃球菌、产琥珀酸丝状杆菌、反刍兽月形单胞菌的数量影响不明显。全文结论:大黄可以显著抑制山羊胃肠道甲烷排放量,但对微生物区系没有显著影响,大黄可能是通过抑制甲烷菌的活性来抑制甲烷排放的。
[Abstract]:The effect of rhubarb on rumen microbial flora and methane production in goats was studied in this paper. The effects of rhubarb and its anthraquinone extract emodin on rumen fermentation and methane production were studied in vitro, and the effects of rhubarb on rumen microbial flora and methane production were studied by animal feeding test. The floristic changes of microbes were studied by fluorescence quantitative PCR.
