氧化锌影响断奶仔猪肠道屏障功能的研究进展

【摘要】:氧化锌(Zn O)是断奶仔猪生长发育所必需的微量元素之一,添加高剂量的氧化锌能够更好促进仔猪的健康。同时具有提高采食量和免疫力、改变肠道微生物多样性和维持肠上皮屏障功能的完整性等多种生物学功能,在养猪生产上具有积极的意义。高剂量氧化锌(高锌)虽然在断奶仔猪日粮中的应用已经十分普遍,但长期或超剂量使用也会带来较大的负面影响,如环境污染和后期生长抑制等,另外氧化锌作为抗生素替代品在断奶仔猪营养中发挥着至关重要的作用,目前在断奶仔猪日粮中添加高浓度的氧化锌呈现逐步增长的趋势。因此,文章综述了高剂量氧化锌对断奶仔猪肠道屏障功能影响的重要性。
[Abstract]:Zinc oxide (Zn O) is one of the essential trace elements for the growth and development of weaned piglets. The addition of high doses of zinc oxide can improve the health of piglets. At the same time, it has many biological functions, such as improving feed intake and immunity, changing the diversity of intestinal microorganism and maintaining the integrity of intestinal epithelial barrier function, which has positive significance in pig production. Although high dose zinc oxide has been widely used in weaning piglets, long-term or overdose use of zinc oxide can also bring negative effects, such as environmental pollution and late growth inhibition, etc. In addition, zinc oxide as a substitute for antibiotics plays an important role in weaning piglets' nutrition. At present, adding high concentration of zinc oxide to weaning piglets' diets is increasing gradually. Therefore, the importance of high-dose zinc oxide on intestinal barrier function in weaned piglets was reviewed.
