2014-2016年江西省部分地区猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和猪伪狂犬病毒抗体检测与分析

【摘要】:猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(蓝耳病)和猪伪狂犬病是当前严重危害我国生猪生产的病毒性疾病,给我国养猪业造成了巨大的损失。疫苗免疫是防控这三种疾病的主要手段。为了了解江西省猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和伪狂犬三种病毒性疾病的疫苗在猪群中的免疫/感染效果,本研究应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,对2014年1月至2016年12月江西省南昌市等六个地区231个猪场的5736份血液进行了猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬病毒g B(中和)和g E(野毒)抗体检测。研究结果表明2014至2016年,猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬病毒g B和g E抗体阳性率分别为78.50%、80.82%、85.72%和19.55%。2014至2016年,猪瘟抗体阳性率分别为71.68%、78.45%和82.53%;蓝耳抗体阳性率分别为76.68%、81.25%和84.34%;伪狂犬g B抗体分别为80.39%、85.35%和89.92%;伪狂犬g E抗体分别为18.49%、21.97%和24.15%。从检测结果可以看出,江西省猪群中猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬病3种病毒抗体阳性率符合国家强制性免疫疫苗抗体水平的标准;猪瘟、蓝耳和伪狂犬g B抗体阳性率呈逐年递增的趋势,然而,伪狂犬野毒感染的比例也呈逐年升高的趋势。从2014至2016年,各月份间猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬野毒中和(g B)和(g E)抗体阳性率变化规律不明显。不同阶段猪群抗体阳性率差异较大:2014-2016年间,母猪、哺乳仔猪、保育猪和育肥猪蓝耳抗体阳性率分别为88.66%、73.92%、60.54%和84.24%;猪瘟病毒抗体阳性率分别为80.01%、72.37%、74.32%和66.39%;伪狂犬病毒中和抗体阳性率分别为90.91%、79.19%、73.05%和82.17%;伪狂犬野毒抗体阳性率分别为11.87%、12.84%、27.08和41.10%。结果表明,母猪三种病毒抗体阳性率达到了国家强制性免疫疫苗抗体阳性标准(70%),部分保育仔猪和哺乳仔猪蓝耳抗体未达标,育肥猪2014和2015年猪瘟抗体阳性率均未达标;各阶段猪群的伪狂犬野毒阳性率呈逐年增加的趋势,其中育肥猪感染尤其严重,平均阳性率超过40%。本研究系统地调查了江西省2014-2016年猪群猪瘟、蓝耳、伪狂犬中和(g B)和野毒(g E)抗体水平,在一定程度上揭示了我省猪群抗体水平的整体情况,研究结果将为猪群疫苗免疫,免疫程序的制定以及三种疫病的监测提供了实验依据。
[Abstract]:Swine fever, pig reproductive and respiratory syndrome (blue ear disease) and pig pseudorabies are viral diseases that seriously harm the production of live pigs in China. Vaccine immunization is the main means of prevention and control of these three diseases. In order to understand the immune / infection effect of three kinds of viral diseases vaccine of swine fever, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and pseudorabies in Jiangxi province, the (ELISA) method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used in this study. From January 2014 to December 2016, 5736 blood samples from 231 pig farms in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, were tested for antibodies against swine fever, blue ear, pseudorabies virus (g B (neutralization) and g E (wild virus. The results showed that from 2014 to 2016, the positive rates of antibody against swine fever, blue ear, pseudorabies virus (GB) and pseudorabies virus (GE) were 78. 50% and 88. 82% respectively, and 19. 55% from 2014 to 2016, respectively. The positive rate of antibody against swine fever was 78.45% and 82.53, the positive rate of blue ear antibody was 76.68% and 84.34%, the positive rate of pseudorabies g B antibody was 80.395.35% and 89.92%, and the positive rate of pseudorabies g E antibody was 18.4921.97% and 24.15%, respectively. From the test results, we can see that the positive rate of antibodies against swine fever, blue ear and pseudorabies in Jiangxi pig herd conforms to the national standard of antibody level of compulsory immunization vaccine. The positive rate of antibody against g-B in blue ear and pseudorabies showed an increasing trend year by year, however, the proportion of pseudorabies virus infection was also increasing year by year. From 2014 to 2016, the positive rates of (g B) and (g E) antibodies against swine fever, blue ear and pseudorabies virus were not obvious. The positive rates of antibody in different stages of pigs were significantly different between 2014 and 2016, sows, suckling piglets, and suckling piglets. The positive rates of blue ear antibody in preserved pigs and fattening pigs were 88.66 / 73.922and 84.24%, respectively; the positive rates of swine fever virus antibody were 80.01and 72.373.32% and 66.39 respectively; the positive rates of pseudorabies virus neutralizing antibody were 90.9179 / 19 / 73.05% and 82.17 respectively; the positive rates of pseudorabies virus antibody were 11.8784 / 27.08 and 41.105respectively. The results showed that the positive rate of three kinds of virus antibodies in sows reached the national standard of compulsory immune vaccine antibody (70%), the blue ear antibodies of some preserved piglets and suckling piglets were not up to the standard, and the positive rates of swine fever antibodies in fattening pigs in 2014 and 2015 were not up to the standard. The positive rate of pseudorabies wild virus was increasing year by year, especially in fattening pigs, the average positive rate was more than 40. In this study, the antibody levels of swine fever, blue ear, pseudorabies neutralizing (g B) and wild virus (g E) from 2014-2016 in Jiangxi Province were systematically investigated, and the whole situation of antibody level of swine herd in Jiangxi Province was revealed to a certain extent. The establishment of immune program and the surveillance of three kinds of epidemic diseases provide experimental basis.
