胎次、泌乳月份、采样时间对伊犁马乳脂率的影响

【摘要】:本次试验以伊犁河谷地区昭苏马场的30匹伊犁马为研究对象,研究伊犁马胎次(第4胎次、第7胎次、第8胎次)、泌乳月份(8月、9月、10月)、采样时间点(11、13、16时)对乳脂率的影响。伊犁马一般于7月份开始泌乳,第一个月不挤奶,用于哺育马驹。即试验开始于8月份,根据伊犁马乳房的生理特点,每匹马每10 d采一次奶样,每次采集4个时间点的奶样,用量筒称量,每个时间点采集50 mL奶样,并利用乳成分测定仪测定马匹的乳脂率,分析乳脂率的影响因素,通过响应曲面的分析获得最佳变量水平。采用Design-Expert 8.0.5软件中的Box-Behnken Design响应曲面法对影响乳品品质的因素不同胎次、不同时间段和不同泌乳月份进行探讨。设计3因素3水平的试验,建立数学模型。结果显示不同胎次与不同挤乳时间段、不同泌乳月份与不同胎次的交互作用对乳脂率有显著影响P0.05)。二次多元回归模型为:Y=0.85+0.026X1+0.073X2-0.044X3+0.075X1X2-0.093X1X3+0.01X2X3-0.11X12-0.014X22-0.016X32。P0.01,表明模型高度显著,模型的调整确定系数R2adj为0.7649,说明该模型能解释76.49%响应值的变化,可以用此模型对乳脂率进行分析和预测。同时得出在伊犁马第8胎次、采样时间点为16时、泌乳月份为8月时,乳脂率为最佳水平,为1.01%。
[Abstract]:The effects of birth order (4th, 7th, 8th), milk months (August, September, October) and sampling time (1113, 16:00) on milk fat rate of 30 Yili horses in Zhaosu horse farm in Yili River Valley area were studied. Ili horses generally start lactation in July, the first month not milking, used for feeding pony. That is, the experiment began in August. According to the physiological characteristics of the breasts of the Yili horse, the milk samples were collected once every 10 days, and the milk samples were collected at four time points each time. The milk samples were measured with a measuring tube and 50 mL milk samples were collected at each time point. The milk fat percentage of the horse was measured by milk component analyzer, the influencing factors of milk fat rate were analyzed, and the best variable level was obtained by the analysis of the response surface. The Box-Behnken Design response surface method of Design-Expert 8.0.5 software was used to study the factors affecting dairy quality, such as different birth order, different time period and different lactation month. Three factors and three levels of experiments were designed and mathematical models were established. The results showed that the interaction of different milking months and different milking times had a significant effect on the milk fat rate (P0.05). The quadratic multivariate regression model is 0. 85 0.026X1 0.073X2-0.044X3 0.075X1X2-0.093X1X3 0.01X2X3-0.11X12-0.014X22-0.016X32.P0.01, which indicates that the model has a significant model height, and the adjusted determination coefficient (R2adj) of the model is 0.7649, which indicates that the model can explain the change of the response value of 76.49%, and the milk fat rate can be analyzed and predicted by this model. At the same time, at the 8th parity of Yili horse, the sampling time point is 16:00, and the milk fat rate is 1.01when the milk month is August.
