中国和日本奶牛养殖业规模化发展的比较分析

【摘要】：奶牛养殖业在整个奶业产业链中占有重要地位,是奶业发展的"第1车间",而规模化是奶牛养殖业发展的必然趋势。中国与日本在奶牛养殖业发展历程中特别是规模化过程中具有很大的相似性,也在规模化发展起步、规模化标准、规模化程度、经营方式、政府支持政策等方面存在诸多不同。在梳理中日奶牛养殖业发展历程与发展概况的基础上,对中日奶牛养殖业规模化发展进行比较分析。结果发现,中国在奶牛养殖业规模化发展中应借鉴日本经验,打好扎实基础,采取渐进方式发展规模化养殖;依托家庭牧场的经营方式,发展适度规模经营,走以中小规模为主的养殖模式;适时调整奶业政策的支持力度,走效益最大化和环境友好型的发展道路。
[Abstract]:Dairy cattle industry plays an important role in the whole dairy industry chain and is the "first workshop" of dairy industry development, and scale is the inevitable trend of dairy industry development. There are great similarities between China and Japan in the development of dairy cattle industry, especially in the process of large-scale development. There are also many differences in the development of scale, the standard of scale, the degree of scale, the mode of operation, the government support policy and so on. On the basis of combing the development course and general situation of dairy cattle breeding between China and Japan, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the scale development of dairy cattle breeding between China and Japan. The results showed that China should draw lessons from the Japanese experience, lay a solid foundation, take a gradual approach to develop large-scale farming, rely on the management mode of family pastures, and develop moderate scale management. We should take the breeding mode with medium and small scale, adjust the support strength of dairy industry policy, and take the path of maximum benefit and environment-friendly development.
