复方青木香对鸡新城疫Ⅰ系毒株的作用研究

【摘要】:鸡新城疫是一种由鸡新城疫病毒引起的高致死性禽类传染病,目前尚无有效的治疗措施,对于中草药抗病毒的研究,涉及鸡新城疫的研究甚少。为了探索用复方中草药治疗鸡新城疫的新途径,并研究其基本治疗原理,选用青木香、酸浆草、黄荆三种中草药组成复方青木香,在安全浓度以下,分别进行了鸡成纤维细胞培养试验、鸡胚培养试验和雏鸡临床试验,以探索复方青木香抗鸡新城疫病毒的效果,结果与结论如下:1.在细胞培养试验中,以复方青木香与鸡新城疫病毒作用一段时间后再加入培养细胞中,其病毒抑制效果最显著。提示:在细胞水平上,复方青木香对鸡新城疫病毒的作用主要是直接灭活作用;2.在鸡胚培养试验中,复方青木香与鸡新城疫病毒作用一段时间后加入鸡胚中,对鸡胚的保护率可达60%;而鸡胚中先加入复方青木香,作用一段时间后再接种鸡新城疫病毒,对鸡胚的保护率也可达36%;而先接种病毒后加入复方青木香则对鸡胚没有保护作用。提示:复方青木香对鸡胚的保护作用,主要是由于其对新城疫病毒的直接抑制作用而引起的;其次,其对鸡胚的抵抗力也有一定的提高作用。3.在雏鸡临床试验中,用含量8.3%的复方青木香混饲,结果显示:复方青木香饲喂雏鸡1w后人工发病,保护率100%;雏鸡人工发病的同时,饲喂复方青木香,保护率高于40%;而人工发病出现症状后饲喂复方青木香,雏鸡全部死亡。提示:复方青木香能提高雏鸡对鸡新城疫的抵抗力,但对鸡新城疫病鸡疗效甚微。
[Abstract]:Newcastle disease (NDV) is a highly lethal avian infectious disease caused by Newcastle disease virus (NDV). There is no effective treatment at present. In order to explore a new way to treat Newcastle disease of chicken with compound Chinese herbal medicine, and to study its basic therapeutic principle, three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were selected to make up compound green wood incense under the safe concentration. Chicken fibroblast culture test, chicken embryo culture test and chicken clinical trial were carried out respectively to explore the effect of compound Astragalus chinensis on Newcastle disease virus. The results and conclusions are as follows: 1. In the cell culture test, the virus inhibition effect was the most obvious when the virus was added to the cultured cells after a period of contact with the chicken Newcastle disease virus (NDV). It is suggested that the effect of compound Cymbalanthus chinensis on Newcastle disease virus is mainly direct inactivation at cell level. In the experiment of chicken embryo culture, the protective rate of chicken embryo could be up to 605% by adding compound Acanthopsis chinensis to chicken embryo after a period of contact with Newcastle disease virus, and then inoculated with Newcastle disease virus after a period of time, and then inoculated with chicken Newcastle disease virus. The protective rate of chicken embryo was also up to 36%, but inoculated with the virus and then added with compound Astragalus chinensis had no protective effect on chicken embryo. It is suggested that the protective effect of compound Cyclobalanthus chinensis on chicken embryo is mainly caused by its direct inhibition on Newcastle disease virus, and secondly, its resistance to chicken embryo can also be improved by .3.The results indicate that the protective effect of compound Cyclobalanthus compound on chicken embryo is mainly due to its direct inhibitory effect on Newcastle disease virus (NDV). In the clinical trial of chicks, the results showed that the chicks were fed with compound Cymbalanthus chinensis (8.3%) for 1 week, and the protective rate was 100%, and the protective rate was higher than that of 40% when the chicks were fed with compound Cymbalanthus chinensis at the same time. But after the artificial disease appeared symptom, the chicks all died. The results suggest that compound Astragalus chinensis can improve the resistance of chicks to Newcastle disease, but it has little effect on Newcastle disease chickens.
