阴道蝇蛆病对阿拉善双峰驼外周血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ含量的影响

【摘要】：试验选取6峰12岁健康双峰母驼,试验组与对照组各3峰。周期14d,分为一期(感染前,1~3d)、二期(发病期间,4~12d)、三期(蝇蛆落地后,12~14d),每天采集血液获得血清保存,于第4天对试验组进行人工感染蝇蛆。结果显示:对照组一期与试验组一期3种细胞因子含量均无显著性差异(P0.05);对照组二期与试验组二期IL-10、IFN-γ含量差异显著(P0.05),试验组含量较高,IL-4含量差异不显著(P0.05);在三期中,试验组IL-4含量较低,IFN-γ含量较高且与对照组比较均差异显著(P0.05)。对照组一、二、三期之间3种细胞因子含量差异均不显著(P0.05);试验组IL-4含量一、二、三期间无显著性差异(P0.05),IL-10二期含量高于一期且差异显著(P0.05),IFN-γ二、三期含量均高于一期且差异显著(P0.05)。结果表明:阴道蝇蛆病对双峰驼外周血清中IL-4含量基本没影响,但会使IL-10、IFN-γ含量升高,在蝇蛆落地后IL-10含量会降低,IFN-γ仍维持在较高水平。
[Abstract]:Six peaks and 12 years old healthy bimodal female camels were selected in the experiment. The test group and the control group each had 3 peaks. The period of 14 days was divided into one stage (1 / 3 days before infection), two stages (412 days after onset) and three (1214 days after the maggots fell to the ground). The blood samples were collected every day to obtain serum preservation, and the experimental group was artificially infected with fly maggots on the 4th day. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of three cytokines between the control group and the experimental group (P0.05), while the content of IL-10,IFN- 纬 in the control group was significantly different from that in the experimental group (P0.05), but the content of IL-4 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The content of IL-4 in the experimental group was lower and the content of IFN- 纬 was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the contents of three cytokines between the first, second and third phases of the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the content of IL-4 in the first, second and third periods (P0.05). The content of IL-10 in the second phase was higher than that in the first stage and the difference was significant (P0.05). The content of IFN- 纬 in the third phase was higher than that in the first stage and the difference was significant (P0.05). The results showed that vaginal myiasis had no effect on the IL-4 content in serum of Bactrian camel, but it would increase the content of IL-10,IFN- 纬, and the content of IL-10 would decrease after the maggots hit the ground.
