阴道蝇蛆病对阿拉善双峰驼外周血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ含量的影响
[Abstract]:Six peaks and 12 years old healthy bimodal female camels were selected in the experiment. The test group and the control group each had 3 peaks. The period of 14 days was divided into one stage (1 / 3 days before infection), two stages (412 days after onset) and three (1214 days after the maggots fell to the ground). The blood samples were collected every day to obtain serum preservation, and the experimental group was artificially infected with fly maggots on the 4th day. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of three cytokines between the control group and the experimental group (P0.05), while the content of IL-10,IFN- 纬 in the control group was significantly different from that in the experimental group (P0.05), but the content of IL-4 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The content of IL-4 in the experimental group was lower and the content of IFN- 纬 was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the contents of three cytokines between the first, second and third phases of the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the content of IL-4 in the first, second and third periods (P0.05). The content of IL-10 in the second phase was higher than that in the first stage and the difference was significant (P0.05). The content of IFN- 纬 in the third phase was higher than that in the first stage and the difference was significant (P0.05). The results showed that vaginal myiasis had no effect on the IL-4 content in serum of Bactrian camel, but it would increase the content of IL-10,IFN- 纬, and the content of IL-10 would decrease after the maggots hit the ground.
