抑制娄地青霉乳酸菌的研究进展

【摘要】:娄地青霉(Penicillium roqueforti)是青贮饲料和焙烤食品中常见的有害霉菌。本文简述了娄地青霉对青贮饲料和焙烤食品的污染情况,针对可以抑制娄地青霉生长的乳酸菌种类、抑制机理和具体应用进行了论述。旨在为乳酸菌防治娄地青霉的研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:Penicillium (Penicillium roqueforti) is a common harmful mold in silage and baked food. In this paper, the pollution of Penicillium loudii on silage and baked food was briefly described, and the types of lactic acid bacteria that could inhibit the growth of Penicillium loudii, the inhibition mechanism and the specific application were discussed. The purpose of this study was to provide reference for the study of Lactobacillus to control Penicillium loudii.
