转筒与桨叶组合式日粮混合机设计与试验优化
[Abstract]:According to the need of popularizing the feed feeding technology in our country and the present situation of less independent innovation research on the ration mixer, a kind of ration mixer was designed, which was composed of a hollow bar-prism rotary cylinder and a blade mounted on its main shaft. The mixed processing of dietary components was realized. In order to investigate its mixing performance, the mixing time, filling rate, rotating speed, rotary radius of the blade, mixing uniformity and net power consumption were taken as the test factors, and the mixing uniformity and the net power consumption were used as the evaluation index. The design method of quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combined test was used to carry out the experimental research. The regression mathematical model between experimental factors and evaluation indexes is established and optimized by using Design-Expert software, and the results of optimization are verified by experiments. The results show that the influence of test factors on mixing uniformity is the filling ratio, rotating speed, mixing time and rotating radius of the blade, and the influence of each test factor on the net power consumption is the mixing time and the rotating speed of the rotary cylinder from the large to the small, and the influence of the test factors on the mixing uniformity is in the order of filling rate, rotating speed, mixing time, and rotating radius of the blade. The optimum parameters are as follows: the mixing time is 3.5 min, the mixing uniformity is 92.98 and the net power consumption is 32.618 KJ, which is 5.04 / 3.31, respectively, when the rotating speed of the rotary cylinder is 29 r/min and the radius of the blade is 236 mm,.
