不同水平N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】:为研究不同水平N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率以及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选取品种相同、胎次和体重相近的21日龄(杜×长×大)三元健康仔猪288头,随机分成6组,每组6个重复(公母各半),每个重复8头仔猪。各处理组日粮中分别添加0、0.02%(Ⅰ组)、0.04%(Ⅱ组)、0.06%(Ⅲ组)、0.08%(Ⅳ组)和0.10%(Ⅴ组)的NCG。结果显示:(1)1~18 d,Ⅴ组的日采食量较对照组提高了14.8%(P0.05);各试验组日增重和料重比较对照组差异不显著(P0.05)。19~28 d,除Ⅳ组外,其余试验组日采食量均显著高于对照组,分别提高10.4%(I组)、13.0%(Ⅱ组)、7.6%(Ⅲ组)、9.1%(Ⅴ组)(P0.05);I组、Ⅲ组日增重相比对照组提高20.8%和19.0%(P0.05);同时,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的料肉比与对照组相比分别降低12.7%、7.1%、8.1%和10.2%(P0.05)。试验全期,日粮中添加0.02%、0.04%、0.10%NCG后,日采食量相比对照组分别提高了12.2%、12.4%和12.1%(P0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组的日增重分别比对照组提高13.0%、14.6%、5.7%和15.5%(P0.05);日粮中添加0.02%~0.10%NCG组料重比均显著降低(P0.05)。(2)试验组腹泻率与对照组相比差异不显著(P0.05),但有降低的趋势。(3)各试验组血液常规和血清生化指标较对照组相比虽有一定变化,但均在正常生理范围。由此可见,NCG对断奶仔猪健康无负面影响,且能增加仔猪日采食量与日增重,降低料重比,提高生长性能,降低腹泻。
