止痢草油对公猪精子形态、精子膜及抗氧化作用的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在研究鱼油饲粮中止痢草油添加量对公猪精子形态、精子膜及抗氧化作用的影响。选用34头健康成熟公猪,随机分为4组,分别饲喂添加100 mg/kg维生素E(1组,n=8)和250(2组,n=8)、500(3组,n=9)、750 mg/kg(4组,n=9)的止痢草油饲粮,试验期16周。结果表明:在整个试验期,试验3组的精子远端原生质滴比例低于1组(P0.05),试验3组在16周的精子正常形态分别较试验1和4组有极显著提高(P0.01);在整个试验期,试验2、3和4组精清超氧化物歧化酶活性均高于1组(P0.05);试验2和3组膜结构完整性在12周较4组有显著提高,而试验3组膜结构完整性和线粒体膜电位在16周较1和4组有显著提高(P0.05)。结果提示,鱼油饲粮添加止痢草油可增强公猪血清和精清抗氧化能力,添加500 mg/kg止痢草油有利于精子膜的改善,从而改善了精子形态。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of fish oil diet on sperm morphology, sperm membrane and antioxidation of boars. Thirty-four healthy mature boars were randomly divided into 4 groups, fed with 100 mg/kg vitamin E (group 1) and 250 (group 2) (group 1) and group 2 (group 2) respectively. The diets were fed with 100 mg/kg vitamin E (group 1) and mg/kg (group 3) for 16 weeks. The results showed that during the whole trial period, the percentage of protoplast droplets at the distal end of spermatozoa in group 3 was lower than that in group 1 (P0.05), and the normal morphology of spermatozoa in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1 and group 4 at 16 weeks (P0.01). The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in spermatozoa of group 2 and group 4 was higher than that of group 1 (P0.05), and the structural integrity of membrane in groups 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in group 4 at 12 weeks. However, the membrane structural integrity and mitochondrial membrane potential were significantly higher in experimental group 3 than in groups 1 and 4 at 16 weeks (P0.05). The results showed that the antioxidation ability of serum and seminal plasma of boars was enhanced by adding the diet of fish oil, and the sperm membrane was improved by adding 500 mg/kg antipullorum oil, and the morphology of sperm was improved.
