不同能量水平限饲对肉种鸡种蛋氨基酸及脂肪酸含量影响
[Abstract]:The effects of different energy levels on the content of amino acids and fatty acids in broiler eggs were studied. Two hundred and forty (AA) broilers of similar weight at the age of 27 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group was divided into 6 replicates (10 replicates) and the egg laying rate was 5. The control group was fed basic diet. The dietary energy levels in the test group were 80% and 70% respectively as the control group. The daily feed intake and other nutritional levels of crude protein and amino acid in the diet were the same in each group. The contents of amino acids and fatty acids in the eggs were determined at the age of 40 weeks. The results showed that (1) compared with the control group, the content of essential amino acids in the egg yolk of the 50% restricted group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 35 weeks (P0.05), while the content of the essential amino acid in the egg yolk of the control group increased significantly (P0.05), but the difference was not significant (P0.05), and the threonine in the yolk of the 50% diet group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The content of phenylalanine increased significantly (P0.05), and the total free amino acids in yolk of each restricted feeding group increased, but the difference was not significant (P0.05). The content of total free amino acids was not significantly affected (P0.05), but the content of methionine increased significantly (P0.05). (2) in the 50% diet group compared with the control group at 35 weeks of age, the essential fatty acids in the egg yolk of the 50% diet group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The content of unsaturated fatty acids increased significantly (P0.05), and the essential fatty acids, saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids decreased significantly (P0.05). In conclusion, energy restriction could increase the content of amino acids and fatty acids in eggs at 35 weeks of age and was not suitable for excessive energy restriction at 40 weeks of age.
