棉花秸秆对绵羊生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】:为了探究棉花秸秆对育肥羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,为其在反刍动物中利用提供基础研究资料,试验采用单因素随机设计,将体重、年龄相近的卡拉库尔羊羔羊72只随机分为6组,对照组饲喂不含棉源的基础日粮,试验1,2,3,4,5组分别添加3%、12%、18%、27%和39%棉花秸秆,各组能量、蛋白质含量基本不变,测定羊只体重指标、血清生化指标等。结果表明:从试验全期看,试验1,3组(添加3%、18%棉花秸秆)卡拉库尔羊日增重显著高于对照组(P0.05),试验2,4,5组均低于对照组;日粮中添加≥27%棉花秸秆(试验4,5组)可使血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性、尿素氮和三酰甘油含量增加,总蛋白和白蛋白含量下降,血清中钙含量降低而磷增加,钙磷比例失调,从而影响育肥效果。
