妊娠期消化能、蛋白质水平对母兔繁殖和泌乳的影响

【摘要】:为了研究不同水平的消化能、蛋白质日粮对妊娠期母兔繁殖性能和泌乳力的影响,试验选择健康、体况相近的经产新西兰母兔100只,随机分为5组,每组20只,妊娠后分别饲喂标准(DE10.33 MJ/kg、CP 15.54%)、低消化能低蛋白质(DE 9.30 MJ/kg、CP 13.44%,简称低能低蛋)、低消化能高蛋白质(DE 9.40 MJ/kg、CP 18.63%,简称低能高蛋)、高消化能低蛋白质(DE 11.15 MJ/kg、CP13.74%,简称高能低蛋)、高消化能高蛋白质(DE 11.18 MJ/kg、CP 18.83%,简称高能高蛋)的日粮,分娩后测定繁殖性能相关指标。结果表明:营养水平对母兔血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)及断奶存活率、产仔数和产活仔数影响差异不显著(P0.05)。低能低蛋组血清雌二醇(E2)含量显著或极显著高于其他试验组(P0.05或P0.01)。高蛋白质组母兔血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的含量极显著高于标准组(P0.01),标准组显著高于低蛋白质组(P0.05)。低能低蛋组母兔血清中催乳素(PRL)含量显著低于其他组(P0.05),低能低蛋组母兔产活仔率显著低于低能高蛋组(P0.05),断奶存活率各组差异不显著(P0.05)。说明妊娠期母兔蛋白质水平对母兔和仔兔的影响比消化能水平更显著,以高消化能高蛋白质(DE 11.18 MJ/kg、CP 18.83%)为最佳。
