刺五加苷B对仔猪小肠上皮细胞紧密连接蛋白及细胞因子mRNA表达量的影响

【摘要】:以仔猪小肠上皮细胞为模型,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定相关基因指标,研究刺五加苷B(EB)对仔猪小肠上皮(IPEC-J2)细胞紧密连接蛋白及炎性细胞因子mRNA表达量的影响。结果表明:0.1 mg/m L刺五加苷B显著增强肠道细胞紧密连接蛋白Occludin、Claudin-3、ZO-1和抗炎性细胞因子IL-10和TGF-β的mRNA表达量,且减弱促炎性细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α、INF-γ的mRNA表达量。说明刺五加苷B可通过改变细胞间紧密连接蛋白和细胞因子的表达从而对维持肠道屏障功能的完整性起到促进作用,有益于仔猪肠道的健康发育。
[Abstract]:The effects of Acanthopanax senticosus (B (EB) on the expression of tight connexin and inflammatory cytokines (mRNA) in small intestinal epithelial (IPEC-J2) cells of piglets were studied by real-time quantitative PCR. The results showed that Acanthopanax senticosus B significantly increased the mRNA expression of tight junction protein (Occludin,Claudin-3,ZO-1) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10 and TGF- 尾) in intestinal cells, and decreased the mRNA expression of IL-6,TNF- 伪 and INF- 纬. It was suggested that Acanthopanax senticosus B could promote the integrity of intestinal barrier by changing the expression of intercellular tight junction protein and cytokines, which was beneficial to the healthy development of intestinal tract of piglets.
