谷物籽实源淀粉间的差异及其对反刍动物消化的影响

【摘要】:高产反刍动物采食大量的谷物淀粉为机体提供能量的同时,也会增加瘤胃与后肠道酸中毒的概率。合理调控淀粉在反刍动物胃肠道的消化率与消化速率,可改善谷物籽实淀粉的利用效率,提高反刍动物的生产性能。本文介绍了淀粉的分子结构,分析了不同谷物籽实源淀粉晶体结构、类型、颗粒大小与形态及组成成分的差异,探讨其对能量与蛋白质利用效率及瘤胃与后肠道健康的影响,为反刍动物选择合理的能量饲料提供参考。
[Abstract]:High yield ruminants fed a large amount of grain starch to provide energy, but also increased rumen and post-intestinal acidosis probability. Reasonably regulating the digestibility and digestion rate of starch in the gastrointestinal tract of ruminant can improve the utilization efficiency of grain seed starch and improve the production performance of ruminant. In this paper, the molecular structure of starch was introduced, the crystal structure, type, particle size, morphology and composition of starch from different grains were analyzed, and the effects of starch on energy and protein utilization efficiency, rumen and rumen health were discussed. It provides reference for ruminant to select reasonable energy feed.
