奶牛胎盘脂联素、瘦素、内脂素与犊牛初生重相关性研究

【摘要】:旨在探究奶牛胎盘组织中脂联素(Adiponectin)、瘦素(Leptin)、内脂素(Visfatin)与犊牛初生重的相关性。选取规模化养殖场正常分娩奶牛56头,按犊牛初生重划分为A(≤40kg)、B(40~45kg)、C(≥45kg)3组,分娩后立即手术采集胎盘组织,用RT-PCR和ELISA检测胎盘组织脂联素、瘦素和内脂素mRNA和蛋白表达水平,分析其与犊牛初生重的相关性。结果表明,随着犊牛初生重增加,奶牛胎盘组织脂联素、内脂素mRNA和蛋白表达水平均逐渐上升,瘦素先降低再升高;C组瘦素mRNA表达水平显著高于B组(P0.05),A组和B组、C组间差异均不显著(P0.05),脂联素和内脂素在A、B、C 3组间差异不显著(P0.05);A、B组脂联素蛋白表达水平差异不显著(P0.05),C组脂联素显著高于A组和B组(P0.05),瘦素和内脂素在A、B、C 3组间表达水平差异不显著(P0.05);母牛胎盘脂联素、瘦素mRNA和蛋白表达水平均与犊牛初生重极显著正相关(P0.01),母牛胎盘内脂素mRNA和蛋白表达水平均与犊牛初生重相关性不显著(P0.05);母牛胎盘脂联素、瘦素、内脂素mRNA和蛋白表达水平两两之间均呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。综上表明,奶牛胎盘中均有脂联素、瘦素和内脂素表达,胎盘脂联素、瘦素、内脂素相互协调对犊牛宫内生长发育发挥作用,其中脂联素和瘦素对犊牛初生重影响较大而内脂素影响较小。本研究结果为进一步研究奶牛胎盘组织中脂联素、瘦素、内脂素对犊牛初生重的作用机理提供参考。
