转Bt基因水稻秸秆对小鼠代谢、发育和繁殖的安全性评价
[Abstract]:In this study, Bt transgenic rice straw was used to feed mice for 90 days, and the metabolism, development and reproduction of mice were analyzed. To determine the effect of Bt protein on mammalian mice and to explore the safety of transgenic rice straw with Bt gene in feed production. 1. All the mice showed normal diet, drinking water and daily behavior during the 90-day feeding, and no poisoning or death occurred. 2. There was no significant difference in blood phase, blood biochemistry and hemorheology between the test group and the control group. The activities of CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AchE in serum of 90 day mice were measured by ELISA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group. 4. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the apoptosis and calcium flow in blood lymphocytes of 90 day mice. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in both apoptosis and calcium ion loss. 5. The main organs of mice were dissected for 90 days, the pathological changes of organs were observed, and the index of organs was detected. Meanwhile, the activities of CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AchE in various organs were determined by ELISA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that there was no disease and toxicity in the organs. There was no significant difference in organ index and CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px,AchE enzyme activity between the test group and the control group. 6. The sperm density, motility, viability, deformity rate and acrosomal integrity rate were measured in 90 day male rats. The results showed that there was no significant effect on sperm density, motility, acrosome integrity, and no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Paraffin sections were made from the ovaries of 90 d female rats. The pathological changes of the tissues were observed and the number of primary follicles, secondary follicles and tertiary follicles were counted. The results showed that there was no obvious pathological changes in the ovarian tissues between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the number of follicles at all levels. The results showed that rice straw transformed with Bt gene had no toxic effect on mice, did not cause changes in various organs of mice, nor did it stimulate the detoxification mechanism of key metabolic enzymes in mice, thus causing changes in the activities of several major enzymes. There were also no significant adverse effects on reproductive health of both females and males.
