环模制粒机可靠性设计与分析技术研究

【摘要】:环模制粒机制粒效率高、成型效果好,是颗粒饲料和生物质固体成型燃料的主要加工设备,随着颗粒饲料和生物质固体成型燃料需求量的持续上升,其市场需求量越来越大。基于国内环模制粒装备可靠性差的技术难题,本文开展环模制粒机可靠性设计与分析技术研究,为环模制粒机的改进设计和可靠性增长提供参考。本文主要工作如下:(1)根据收集的故障数据对某型号环模制粒机试验机可靠性指标进行了评估,确定了该型号制粒机故障间隔时间分布类型,并以其为依据推导计算了制粒机可靠性指标,为环模制粒机动态可靠性分析提供了依据。(2)确定了环模制粒机关键子系统,对环模制粒机关键子系统进行故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA),根据分析结果,对环模制粒机可靠性的保障与提升提出了措施。(3)对现有的可靠性分配方法——模糊层次分析法进行了改进,运用改进的模糊层次分析法对环模制粒机进行可靠性分配,确定了环模制粒机各子系统可靠性指标和制粒子系统各零部件可靠性指标。(4)建立了制粒机核心部件环模的可靠性分析模型,分别对现有环模疲劳寿命可靠性与磨损可靠性进行预测,进而对环模可靠性进行了综合分析。(5)对现有环模结构设计方案进行修改,提出两种新型环模,对新型环模进行可靠性分析并与现有环模对比,结果表明新设计的模孔交错角为60。的环模不仅在法兰与环模外壁相交处寿命分布得到了改善,且可靠性得到较大提升,为环模的结构优化和可靠性增长提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Ring mould granulator is the main processing equipment for pellet feed and biomass solid briquetting fuel. With the increasing demand of pellet feed and biomass solid briquetting fuel, the market demand is increasing. Based on the technical problem of poor reliability of ring die granulator in China, the reliability design and analysis technology of ring die granulator is studied in this paper, which provides a reference for the improvement design and reliability growth of ring die granulator. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) according to the fault data collected, the reliability index of a certain type of ring model granulator is evaluated, and the distribution type of fault interval time of the model granulator is determined. Based on it, the reliability index of the granulator is deduced and calculated, which provides the basis for the dynamic reliability analysis of the ring mould granulator. (2) the key subsystem of the ring mould granulator is determined, and the failure mode of the key subsystem of the ring mold granulator is determined. According to the results of the analysis, (FMECA), puts forward some measures to ensure and enhance the reliability of the ring mould granulator. (3) the existing reliability distribution method, Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), is improved. The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to distribute the reliability of the ring mould granulator. The reliability indexes of each subsystem and parts of the granulator are determined. (4) the reliability analysis model of the core components of the granulator is established. The fatigue life reliability and wear reliability of the existing ring die are predicted, and the reliability of the ring die is analyzed. (5) the structural design scheme of the existing ring die is modified, and two new ring dies are proposed. The reliability analysis of the new ring die is carried out and compared with the existing ring die. The results show that the new designed die hole staggered angle is 60. The life distribution of the ring die is improved at the intersection of the flange and the outer wall of the ring die, and the reliability of the ring die is greatly improved, which provides a reference for the structure optimization and reliability growth of the ring die.
