基于嵌入式的自动挤奶控制系统的设计

【摘要】:随着国内越来越多的奶站以及奶牛养殖小区的规模化发展,对于牧场智能化管理技术的需求日益增多。但是国内多数牧场管理的智能化程度仍为较低,很多有关技术和设备都依赖于进口,这样成本高,很难推广和普及。针对上述问题本论文设计了基于嵌入式的自动挤奶控制系统。本设计以嵌入式和GPRS技术为核心,通过系统的硬件设计和软件编程实现了基于嵌入式的自动挤奶控制系统。论文的主要内容包括系统总体方案的设计、各功能模块的关键技术选择及硬件电路设计、系统的软件编程与调试、各功能模块的连接与整体测试。本系统主要实现的功能有奶牛自动识别、自动挤奶、自动脱杯、自动放奶、产奶量数据传输、与上位机间的无线通信、报警、奶牛编号及对应的产奶量实时显示等功能,最终达到了预期的目标。
[Abstract]:With the development of more and more dairy stations and dairy cattle farming areas in China, the demand for intelligent pasture management technology is increasing day by day. However, most of the domestic rangeland management is still less intelligent, many related technologies and equipment are dependent on imports, such high cost, it is difficult to promote and popularize. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs the automatic milking control system based on embedded system. This design takes embedded and GPRS technology as the core, and realizes the automatic milking control system based on embedded through the hardware design and software programming of the system. The main contents of the paper include the design of the overall scheme of the system, the selection of the key technology of each functional module and the design of the hardware circuit, the software programming and debugging of the system, the connection of each functional module and the whole test. The main functions of the system include automatic identification of cows, automatic milking, automatic cup removal, automatic milk release, data transmission of milk yield, wireless communication with host computer, alarm, real time display of milk cow number and corresponding milk yield, etc. The goal was finally achieved.
