霉菌毒素吸附剂在饲料中的应用效果评估

【摘要】:饲料及其原料中不可避免地存在各种霉菌毒素污染,如黄曲霉毒素B_1、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮等,对畜牧业和人类健康造成严重危害。本文主要研究霉菌毒素吸附剂对饲料中真菌毒素黄曲霉毒素B_1、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附作用。我们在已被污染的饲料中加入不同厂家、不同类型霉菌毒素吸附剂,采用酶联免疫法分别测定霉菌毒素吸附剂加入前后饲料中三种真菌毒素的含量,得出不同霉菌毒素吸附剂对真菌毒素吸附的优劣;同时采用理化分析方法研究了霉菌毒素吸附剂对饲料中主营养成分维生素、蛋白、钙的吸附作用。实验结果表明,不同的霉菌毒素吸附剂对黄曲霉毒素B_1的吸附效果显著,显著性≤0.05。当添加量在1%时,对饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_1的吸附可达到90%以上;然而霉菌毒素吸附剂对脱氧腐镰刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附效果不显著,显著性≥0.05。对饲料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的吸附率在60%以下,对饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附率在70%以下。实验中所涉及到的霉菌毒素吸附剂对饲料中主营养成分维生素、蛋白、钙都没有明显的吸附作用,其中只有吸附剂A对维生素B_2吸附率在5.65%,其余所有吸附剂对营养成份的吸附率都在5%以下。
[Abstract]:The contamination of various mycotoxins, such as aflatoxin B-1, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone, is unavoidable in feed and its raw materials, which causes serious harm to animal husbandry and human health. In this paper, the adsorption of mycotoxin adsorbent on mycotoxin aflatoxin B-1, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in feed was studied. We added different kinds of mycotoxin adsorbents into contaminated feed, and determined the contents of three mycotoxins in the feed before and after the addition of mycotoxin adsorbent by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The effects of different mycotoxin adsorbents on the adsorption of mycotoxins were obtained. At the same time, the adsorption of mycotoxin adsorbent on vitamin, protein and calcium in feed was studied by physicochemical analysis.
