陕西及山西不同地区玉米营养价值检测与霉菌毒素污染情况分析

【摘要】:本试验共收集陕西及山西不同地区2014年玉米共15个样品,主要包括陕西三原、华县、富平、泾阳、高陵、澄县、武功、阎良以及山西运城、新绛等地区,分别从玉米样品的容重、水分含量、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量、霉变率、霉菌毒素污染情况等方面进行检测并进行统计分析。统计结果显示样品水分含量在14.56%~16.21%之间,所有试验样品水分含量均超出国家饲用玉米标准;样品中容重达到一级标准的为9号与10号样品,分别为710.87 g/L和711.53 g/L,即陕西高陵及泾阳地区,13号样品容重最低,为山西运城地区样品;粗蛋白的含量在7.35%~8.94%之间;玉米样品的粗脂肪含量有较大差异,含量最高的样品与最低样品相差2.11个百分点,不同地区玉米样品粗脂肪含量的变异系数也有较大差异;不同地区来源玉米样品中霉变率有7个样品未达到标准,不合格率将近50%;试验样品中除陕西泾阳、武功及山西运城三个样品外,其他样品黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮及呕吐毒素三种霉菌毒素均为阴性,收集的不同地区玉米样品中,呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮的感染率比较高。综合分析以上指标,泾阳地区玉米品质较好。
[Abstract]:A total of 15 samples of 2014 corn were collected from Shaanxi and different regions of Shanxi Province, including Sanyuan, Huaxian, Fuping, Jingyang, Gaoling, Cheng, Wugong, Yan Liang, Yuncheng and Xinjiang areas. The bulk weight, moisture content, crude protein content, crude fat content, mildew rate and mycotoxin contamination of corn samples were detected and analyzed statistically. The statistical results showed that the moisture content of the samples was between 14.56% and 16.21%, and the moisture content of all the tested samples exceeded the national standard of forage corn. The volume density of samples 9 and 10 were 710.87 g / L and 711.53 g / L, that is, Gaoling and Jingyang, Shaanxi Province, respectively, and the bulk density of sample No. 13 was the lowest, which was the sample in Yuncheng area, Shanxi Province. The content of crude protein was between 7.35% and 8.94%. The difference of crude fat content between the highest sample and the lowest sample was 2.11%, and the coefficient of variation of crude fat content in different regions was also different. The mildew rate of maize samples from different areas was not up to the standard, and the unqualified rate was nearly 50%. Except the three samples of Jingyang, Wugong and Yuncheng of Shanxi Province, the other samples were negative for aflatoxin, zearalenone and vomiting toxin. In the corn samples collected from different areas, The infection rates of vomiting toxin and zearalenone were higher. Comprehensive analysis of the above indicators, Jingyang corn quality is better.
