生长前期北京鸭日粮能量与赖氨酸含量关系

【摘要】:本论文通过两个试验研究了高低饲料能量水平对生长前期北京鸭赖氨酸需要量的影响。试验一采用3x6双因子试验设计,旨在探究不同能量水平和赖氨酸水平对1-21日龄北京鸭生长性能和胴体品质的影响。试验二采用2x6双因子试验设计,旨在研究不同能量水平对1-21日龄北京鸭赖氨酸需要量的影响。试验一:不同能量水平和赖氨酸水平对1-21日龄北京鸭生长性能和胴体品质的影响本试验采用3x6双因子试验设计,分为3个能量水平(11.3,11.9和12.5 MJ/kg)和6个总赖氨酸水平(0.595,0.715,0.835,0.955,1.075和1.195%),探究不同能量水平和赖氨酸水平对1-21日龄北京鸭生长性能和胴体品质的影响。选取1296只1日龄健康的雄性北京鸭随机分为18个处理组,每个处理6个重复栏,每个重复栏12只鸭。试验结果表明,饲料中不同赖氨酸水平能显著影响日增重、采食量、料肉比(P0.001)、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率。而不同能量水平显著影响日增重和采食量,但对料肉比无显著影响。同时,饲料中不同能量水平能显著影响腿肌率,但对胸肌率和腹脂率无显著影响。能量和赖氨酸的互作显著影响日增重(P0.05)。依据二次曲线模型,达到最佳1增重,能量水平为11.3,11.9和12.5 MJ/kg时,1-21日龄北京鸭的赖氨酸需要量分别为0.99、1.11和1.00%。试验二:不同能量水平对1-21日龄北京鸭赖氨酸需要量的影响本试验采用2x6双因子试验设计,依据每个处理每个重复鸭只试验初始体重基本一致的原则,将576只1日龄健康雄性北京鸭随机分成12个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸭。饲料不同赖氨酸水平显著影响日增重、采食量、料肉比(P0.01)和胸肌率。相比之下,饲料不同能量水平对采食量有显著影响,但对日增重和料肉比影响不显著。同时,饲料能量水平能显著影响腿肌率和腹脂率,但对胸肌率无显著影响。饲料能量和蛋氨酸的互作效应对生长前期北京鸭日增重有显著影响(P0.05)。依据折线模型进行回归分析,以体增重、胸肌率和采食量为评价指标,饲料能量水平为11.5 MJ ME/kg时的赖氨酸需要量分别为0.98、0.98和1.01%,饲料能量水平为12.7 MJ ME/kg的赖氨酸需要量分别为0.98、0.80和1.10%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of high and low feed energy levels on lysine requirement of Beijing duck were studied by two experiments. In the first experiment, 3x6 double-factor design was used to investigate the effects of different energy levels and lysine levels on growth performance and carcass quality of Beijing ducks at 1-21 days of age. The second experiment was designed to study the effects of different energy levels on lysine requirements of Beijing ducks at 1 to 21 days of age. Experiment 1: effects of different energy levels and lysine levels on growth performance and carcass quality of Beijing Ducks at 1-21 days of age this experiment was designed with 3x6 double factor test. There were three energy levels (11.9 and 12.5 MJ/kg) and six total lysine levels (0.595U 0.715 0. 835 C 0. 955 1. 075 and 1. 195%). To explore the effects of different energy levels and lysine levels on growth performance and carcass quality of 1-21 day old Peking duck. 1296 male Beijing ducks of one day old were randomly divided into 18 treatment groups, each treated with 6 repeats and 12 ducks per repeater. The results showed that dietary lysine levels significantly affected ADG, feed intake, feed / meat ratio (P0.001), breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate and abdominal fat rate. However, different energy levels significantly affected daily gain and feed intake, but had no significant effect on feed / meat ratio. At the same time, different energy levels in the diet could significantly affect the leg muscle rate, but had no significant effect on the pectoral muscle rate and abdominal fat rate. The interaction of energy and lysine significantly affected daily gain (P0.05). According to the conic model, when the optimum weight gain was 1, and the energy levels were 11.311.9 and 12.5 MJ/kg, the lysine requirements of 1-21 day-old Beijing ducks were 0.99U 1.11 and 1.00g, respectively. Experiment 2: effects of different Energy levels on Lysine requirement of Beijing Ducks at 1-21 days of age. The experiment was designed with 2x6 double factor test, according to the principle that the initial weight of each repeated duck was basically the same. 576 1-day-old male Beijing ducks were randomly divided into 12 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 8 ducks per replica. Dietary lysine levels significantly affected daily gain, feed intake, feed to meat ratio (P0.01) and breast muscle rate. In contrast, different levels of feed energy had a significant effect on feed intake, but had no significant effect on daily gain and feed / meat ratio. At the same time, feed energy level could significantly affect the rate of leg muscle and abdominal fat, but had no significant effect on the rate of pectoralis muscle. The interaction between feed energy and methionine had a significant effect on the daily gain of Beijing duck in the early stage of growth (P0.05). According to the regression analysis of broken line model, body weight gain, breast muscle rate and feed intake were taken as the evaluation indexes, and the lysine requirements were 0.980.98 and 1.01g when feed energy level was 11.5 MJ ME/kg, respectively. The lysine requirements of feed energy level of 12.7 MJ ME/kg were 0.98g 0.80 and 1.10g, respectively.
